At the time…read morethe installers came out to install the anchors, I pointed out that the Pavers around the pool were disintegrating in some places and asked if I should wait on the install, I was told they could easily do it again after the pavers were replaced. Long story, short, they didn't want to come back out to reinstall it because they didn't think they could figure out where to put the anchors again. they finally agreed to do it but charged me $15 for each anchor when they cost 3 to 4 dollars each and that's when you don't buy them in bulk. They were right, their installers had a hard time figuring out where to put the anchors and had to add seven extra ones to make it tight. I asked if they could please bring the price down on the anchors a little so I didn't have to pay another $979, after I was told it wasn't a big deal to do a reinstall, they would not decrease the inflated anchor charge. Good customer service is a thing of the past, companies just don't stand behind what customers are told anymore. They did allow me to make payments over 4 months, I guess I should be happy for that. Shanna immediately saw the potential in this little Santa Monica gem and encouraged me to get it and she would help me make it fabulous. Shanna worked with me for MONTHS on every single room and consulted with me on just about every single thing that I have purchased from big furniture to rugs to pillow covers to shower curtains, to dining curtains, to wall décor, even to plants that would work in my space due to my lack of natural light in some rooms. I found myself sending Shanna excessive photos options at all hours of the day before I would make a purchase and she always helped me figure out exactly what I needed with an eye that I sincerely trust. He responded very quickly- quoted a very fair price- and was flexible with availability. Yesterday he came (right on time!) to repair the gate. I am so impressed with Vlady! He went over and above with this repair! He could have done an easy fix - by just cutting a bit of the bottom-but he did so much more! He re-hung the gate with all new hardware - placed steel brackets on each corner of the gate (to prevent future warping) and shaved off the bottom so that it would not hit the concrete. Definitely a job done right!!! Vlady is a gem! Especially in a time when so many are just looking to make a quick buck doing a half a$$ed job. Thank you Vlady for the outstanding service!
