He responded very quickly- quoted a very fair price- and was flexible with availability. Yesterday he came (right on time!) to repair the gate. I am so impressed with Vlady! He went over and above with this repair! He could have done an easy fix - by just cutting a bit of the bottom-but he did so much more! He re-hung the gate with all new hardware - placed steel brackets on each corner of the gate (to prevent future warping) and shaved off the bottom so that it would not hit the concrete. Definitely a job done right!!! Vlady is a gem! Especially in a time when so many are just looking to make a quick buck doing a half a$$ed job. Thank you Vlady for the outstanding service!

The gate that opens in front of the steps has a heavy duty two-step lock on it that is easy for adults, but not manageable for children and the connection latches are easy to use, but really strong. They also provided extra pegs to put in the ground holes for anytime the fencing is removed so as to avoid any type of mishap. When the work was completed there was no trace of dirt or dust, the yard was pristine. So yes, I would say look no further. I got estimates and closely examined other fencing products and not only did they beat the prices of other companies, their product was a much higher quality. Shining Stars For This Company!!!!

Beware! I purchased a net from Katchakid, nice color and appears to be good quality. At the time…read morethe installers came out to install the anchors, I pointed out that the Pavers around the pool were disintegrating in some places and asked if I should wait on the install, I was told they could easily do it again after the pavers were replaced. Long story, short, they didn't want to come back out to reinstall it because they didn't think they could figure out where to put the anchors again. they finally agreed to do it but charged me $15 for each anchor when they cost 3 to 4 dollars each and that's when you don't buy them in bulk. They were right, their installers had a hard time figuring out where to put the anchors and had to add seven extra ones to make it tight. I asked if they could please bring the price down on the anchors a little so I didn't have to pay another $979, after I was told it wasn't a big deal to do a reinstall, they would not decrease the inflated anchor charge. Good customer service is a thing of the past, companies just don't stand behind what customers are told anymore. They did allow me to make payments over 4 months, I guess I should be happy for that. Disappointing!
