We had such a great experience with Ed for childproofing/fencing off access to our lake. From the very beginning, he was quick to respond and provided a detailed quote right away (competitive pricing!). Once we approved it, he got us scheduled immediately, which we really appreciated. On installation day, he arrived on time, worked efficiently, and delivered an excellent finished product. The fencing is sturdy, secure, and looks great. It's exactly what we needed for peace of mind with little ones around, especially being near the lake. The quality of the work is top-notch and everything was completed cleanly and professionally. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, professional childproofing/safety fencing services! read more

Ed was quick. One man job. Nice guy even texted us to check to see if we were okay from the gas issue. Sold me over on that. I think its a bit pricey but better than other competitors. He was the only one to give me a second option on set up. He's very thoughtful. read more

Ed did a fantastic job installing our pool fence. I should have left this review a long time ago. He installed the fence about 3 1/2 years ago and the fence still looks good as new. He's very nice and responsive too. Highly recommend! read more

Feb 2025. New laws took effect and my fence was no longer compliant. Called the fence company who installed my fence 20+ years ago and they didn't have me on record so they couldn't provide me any services. They referred me HERE and after a quick 5 min phone call, we set an appt for 2 days. They came on time, inspected my fence, corrected everything that needed to be done to be compliant and was out in 20 minutes. My pool is now safe and I was charged a very reasonable price. This company is now my first call with any pool safety issues I might have in the future. read more

Ed is the absolute best. After doing a lot of research to find the best company to install a pool fence, I found Ed and immediately knew he would do the best job. Finding someone you trust to handle this the right way is so important. I am a safety freak and needed someone who knew what they were doing and could customize things for us. From the beginning, he listened to exactly what we needed and was very communicative and detail-oriented. The day of the install, he found an issue with our pavers and immediately thought of a few solutions for us. Everything worked out so well and we appreciated his transparency and creativity. So happy to have found Ed. He is a true professional. He did an amazing job with our fence. He was quick to reply and the communication was on point. I wasn't home for the install, but he had no problem with giving me updates throughout the day. He gave me a quick quote with reasonable prices before providing options on how to place the fence to maximize space in the yard while keeping the pool as safe as possible -- he really lives up to his name. The work itself is also top notch. The fence is well-crafted and sturdy and the black blends nicely into the background. Can't recommend him enough. Thanks, Ed! read more

Ed was did an amazing job on our pool fence. It only took me a year to do a review because I wanted to see how it hold up and it has! I have seen work from other companies and after a while you notice the slack and loss of tension in the fences. Ed does a great job of giving the right angle on the fences to keep the tension. And also the price was by far the best. I inquired from other companies and they were not as good as Ed's. Regardless of the price I am super happy I went with Ed! Thank you Ed for doing such a great job and keeping my family safe! I highly recommend Ed! And he is also very clean and organized! No mess with left behind! read more

Ed is awesome! Not only did he do a great job at a fair price when he installed our pool fence, his customer service has been excellent. I recently used Ed's Pool Safety to have a fence installed around my pool. The quote was given to me quickly and I was easily able to schedule the installation, I even received reminders indicating that the time and date were confirmed. The install was easy but unfortunately the day after the install, I realized an electrical conduit was cut during the install which was feeding all the electricity to my pool equipment. This is where the integrity and professionalism of this company really shined. Not only did the company continue to follow up regarding the fix required, but since it was shown that the fence install caused the issue, without any hesitation, the company took financial responsibility and made sure the electric company was paid on time. In today's world, it is rare, unfortunately, to have a company that really values their customers. Even though my install had some unforeseen issues, I would recommend this company to anyone out there. Book with this company you won't regret it! read more

I reached out to a number of pool safety companies through Yelp to get an estimate for a motorized cover. Most told me they don't do covers or that my pool shape/size would not be conducive to a motorized cover (they were right). Ed told me the same thing but he also took the time to outline where a pool fence could go and some options as to how it could be erected. He was not pushy or demanding but was super responsive and happy to provide ideas and answer my questions even before he came out to provide an estimate. On the day of the estimate, he showed up when he said he would and brought all of the materials. He took the time to listen and understand my concerns and gave me suggestions for the fence. After getting another estimate from a big company, I decided to go with Ed. His estimate was lower, but what really mattered to me was the one on one service that he provided. When Ed came out to do the fence, he and his partner worked quickly and efficiently. He then took the time to explain how the fence can be rolled up, how to lock/unlock, etc. Ed also gave me another option to add a small piece near some bushes, and when I said I would prefer to have it added, he came back the next day as promised to install that additional piece. Ed was prompt, polite, and pleasant at all times. In all, it was a pleasure working with Ed, and I recommend him without hesitation. read more

This past week I had Ed install a pool security fence. As a retired firefighter over 33 years I have seen my fair share of accidental drownings. As a new grandfather I knew this security fence was a necessity. I contacted Ed about 2-months ago and began my research. Initially our communication was online messaging and phone. Ed was able to give me an estimate with pictures and google earth overhead views. Once we approached our installation date, Ed came over with samples and an exact diagram of the fence. On the date of installation, Ed arrived as planned and completed the project in just over 4-hours. He was professional, courteous, and meticulous in his work. The final product came out better than my wife and I expected. His pricing was fair and I feel I got what I paid for. I would recommend Ed for your pool fencing security needs. read more

I didn't end up using their service due to unrelated reasons, however, Ed was great at communicating promptly and providing me a virtual quote. Ed is very communicative and reliable. His work and his pride in his craft is spectacular. He came up for estimate, texted me a quote and was patient for me to get comparables.
