The installation of glass fencing and safety locking glass gates actually made the garden more beautiful. I normally don't write any reviews. But, I am really pissed. Austin visited my house, took measurements etc for a glass railing project. I did not hear anything from either Ira or Austin for a couple of days. I followed up almost 7-8 times with them (via phone / e-mail) and it felt like they either don't need more business / don't care about customers or simply put - they just don't have co-ordination with each other. Both kept blaming each other that other person did not co-ordinate and was supposed to provide with details for the estimate. It felt bureaucratic. After 11 days (yes, 11 days) and after sharing my disappointment about delay (just to get an estimate) over a phone with Ira, I get an e-mail saying that "I don't think this is a project we want to take on." These guys are a joke and I am really surprised that they are in business with this attitude. Zero professionalism and zero customer service. For future customers - even if you somehow end up getting estimates / finalizing them, good luck on actually getting your project done. I wouldn't trust them at all with dates etc. Stay away from them. read more

We love our glass pool fence from STYLEGUARD. We just became grandparents and had to get a fence, but did not want to block our view as we have a small ranch house and every room has a main view to the pool. Our pool is the centerpiece of our home. So we looked at different options and went with the glass fence. We contacted several companies and they were either ridiculously expensive, had shady reviews and complaints, or they didn't even bother to come out and give us a quote, maybe because the job wasn't big enough. Enter AUSTIN the STYLEGUARD guy, couldn't have been nicer, took his time, made me feel super comfortable, and their pricing was totally in the ballpark. More expensive than those ugly traditional pool fences, but totally worth it. We get the safety we needed for our grandkids and we kept our gorgeous view. The job took a little longer than expected, but it was worth it. I am a perfectionist and our house is at the bottom of a hill, and so the yard isn't level and all the angles needed to be just right. Austin was accommodating, took his time and got the job done right. He even came back a couple times to adjust the gate panel for me even after I had paid him in full. He told me he would have to do that because at first the glass gate has to settle in. He was right and he was there to adjust it when I called. Very dependable and they did a great job.
