The front staff and techs all have taken care of me like no other. Kayla, Emily (both Emily's), and Lisa are all so friendly, warm, understanding and always puts the patients first. The facility is always super clean, modern, and upon walking in, I feel at ease. I always get super anxious doing my MRIs and everyone here makes you feel so comfortable and always attend to all of your needs. I feel super happy every time I leave the facility. My appointments are always on time. If you miss your appointment or late, they try their best to work with you and your schedule. Sometimes, there might be a wait (mostly my fault for being tardy lol) but it doesn't bother me at all. I understand as I've been to many appointments to treat my tumefactive multiple sclerosis, that sometimes especially in medical settings, the doctor, tech, nurse, etc. can run behind due to treating another patient, other issues, etc. And that's okay, it happens and you roll with it. At the end of the day, you want a facility that genuinely cares about you and here, they do. Speaking for myself but I've never had a problem with them answering the phones or receiving my reports. They've always came in pretty quick and all I need to do is send them an email to request them or pick up a CD. I plan to come here for as along as they have me! Definitely don't plan this during your lunch break unless you're prepared to be gone much longer than expected. If your doctor refers you there, I would strongly encourage you to ask for another option. There are other imaging centers that respect appointment times and their patients' schedules. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a clear disregard for people's time.

I was told it would be $99. 6 months after I had the scan, I received a surprise $551 bill from MBB radiology for evaluation of the scan. I was not told that my scan would be shared with any 3rd party for evaluation and neither doctor who recommended the procedure explained that or that there would be an additional charge either. I tried calling Baptist billing to understand why I was receiving the bill and the Baptist employee who answered the call was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. I called MBB radiology and they told me there was nothing they could do. I paid the bill because I did not want to have any outstanding bills under my name. Then I find out that my doctor who ordered the procedure never got the results! I never received them either. My doctor reached out to them and was not successful in obtaining the results. I tried and was transferred to a different number. the person who answered that line told me they only handled billing questions, not questions regarding procedures. I have been unable to get information on my visit for an entire year. I am out of $650 and no one seems to care at all. At best, I feel that this facility is completely unorganized and does not care about anyone. At worse, they, in my opinion, have violated HIPAA regulations. My recommendation is to steer clear of this facility.

The radiology tech or whatever she was that came out to tell me that I needed an order did not do much to us this week only that she had called my doctor for the order I explain to her that the order should be there since Baptist South scheduling called me I did not call them to schedule the procedure so in order for them to call me they had to have an order. That did not matter to her she was not going to make any effort to double check or anything her only suggestion was to call my doctor. I called my doctor and they informed me they faxed the order three different times to the given fax .Obviously someone had the order. Some manager came out or whatever she was she was very kind and trying to help me but the only way she could help me was to call my doctor for the order and again I refused I asked her had she looked for my order and her response was the order wasn't anywhere so I just told her to forget it at this point I was very upset. If the scheduling person received the order then it should be sent to registration and department of the procedure. What is so difficult with that? On arriving for my appointment (30 minutes early), I was told that Mayo sent the wrong order (for the second time). I got Mayo on the phone and they were able to get a verbal order and I was able to still make my appointment in time. I interacted with 4 different staffers on this visit and all were helpful and pleasant. I prefer getting imaging here because I pay a co-pay rather than a "hospitalization" when I get them done at the hospital. It can be tricky getting the image order from the doctor (or hospital) to the imaging center, then getting images back to the doctor, but it saves a lot of money if you are able to do it that way. This was my second visit to Precision (was at another location previously) and I would definitely recommend them for any imaging needs.
