There's a kids corner so if you bring little ones they can be easily entertained. My son ran straight to the kids corner and grabbed the toy trucks to take with him to the sonogram private room to be entertained while we looked at baby. The sonogram room is also spacious, clean, and welcoming. It is separated from the main entrance and viewing area. Leah was so helpful in explaining what you're looking at, what is going on, and answering questions that your typical doctors office may miss. She doesn't rush the appointment and when our baby wasn't cooperating she gave me a candy mint to help the baby wake up and move to get better shots. On arriving for my appointment (30 minutes early), I was told that Mayo sent the wrong order (for the second time). I got Mayo on the phone and they were able to get a verbal order and I was able to still make my appointment in time. I interacted with 4 different staffers on this visit and all were helpful and pleasant. I prefer getting imaging here because I pay a co-pay rather than a "hospitalization" when I get them done at the hospital. It can be tricky getting the image order from the doctor (or hospital) to the imaging center, then getting images back to the doctor, but it saves a lot of money if you are able to do it that way. This was my second visit to Precision (was at another location previously) and I would definitely recommend them for any imaging needs.

I confirmed the appointment twice, once the day before and again the morning of. So there was no confusion on my end. We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, only to end up waiting outside even 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time just to get a call back from the call center on what to do next. During that time, staff couldn't even get ahold of the ultrasound tech who was supposed to be there. So outside waiting 45 mins in the car with my family with no answers. All they could offer me was 15% next time. There will not be a next time. It was incredibly frustrating and honestly embarrassing, especially with family visiting. Poor communication and lack of reliability made this a huge letdown. I would not recommend based on this experience

The…read morestaff is super kind and helpful, the facility is always clean and in my experience they run on time with their appointments. The ultrasound technology is incredibly advanced compared to what I've seen at my OB's office. They also have an option to get growth information which is super cool and helpful to track your baby's growth in between OB visits. The measurements I've received have been spot on with my doctor's measurements as well. Savannah has been my tech almost every time I've come (which is about monthly since 15 weeks) and she is so knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and helpful. Definitely recommend for mamas who are impatient between OB visits like me or if you want to get some 4/5D imaging of baby later on in pregnancy.
