You cannot appeal to UE. The time of delivery kept changing after the driver picked up the food. I thought it was unusual they had a passenger but... I pointed out to the driver the food was cold and he said that was how the restaurant delivered it. I was staying at a hotel with no way to reheat the pizza. The restaurant offered to remake it but said anything else had to come from UE. UE said too bad we delivered it. Yelp, please add a section for UE when food is delivered by them.

They came with a small green salad and a cup of sauce, although my colleague asked for extra sauce so I'm not sure it is a regular side. Anyway the panini was delicious and I ate the whole thing even though it was probably two meals worth for me. I can't wait to go back and try the pasta or a pizza next!
