In addition, the keypad was no longer working. I set up an appointment on their website, which was easy to do, and they arrived just a couple minutes after the scheduled time. They then used lubricant on the rollers for the garage door and checked a few things on the main garage door opener unit and deemed everything fine. The door now opens MUCH quieter. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. They charged me a reasonable rate and that was it! If I have any future problems with my garage door, I'll certainly use their company again!
