Adam came on time, is very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable! He came out, went to work and diagnosed the problem. The travel trailer is new so he was in contact with the manufacturer, Grand Design. Unfortunately, Grand Design decided to stop at the diagnosis because the trailer is under warranty but we learned much about the problem from Adam. We really appreciate Adam and the work he did. I would definitely recommend him and will utilize his services again!

We contacted John (the owner) and, though backed up by other service calls, he got to us as soon as he could. John is knowledgeable about RV repairs. I had done a little research prior to his arrival and he quickly arrived at the same conclusion as I: The AC motor was burned out. John did what was required to repair my AC, he didn't try to get over on me by claiming something else (like the motherboard) was bad, and the charge for the replacement motor and his labor were very reasonable. He is also pleasant to deal with. I will be using JMC Mobile RV Services for my repairs from now on.

Never in my life have I experienced such horrible experience with customer service. I called to…read moreaddress an issue and spoke to the office manager. She insinuated I was a liar and became extremely defensive and I suppose did not expect that I would defend myself and not allow the mistreatment. I asked to speak to her supervisor and I guess verbal abuse to women is thing... based on my experience and reading past reviews. He outright called me a liar, started cussing at me, calling me other names and became extremely threatening and verbally abusive and I mean EXTREMELY verbally abusive. I did not feel safe dropping my rental back off to him with the threats and verbal abuse. However when my significant other approached him to address the verbal abuse he surely didn't speak to him in that manner. Weak minded man who verbally abuses women but cowers when a real man confronts him. They also charged me for a late fee which was their fault and what I called to address in the first place. They double charged me for insurance for my rental. The workers there are nasty and disrespectful and I find it hard to believe that they are still in business. I am writing corporate and submitting formal complaints with business bureau's and licensing agencies. This was unacceptable! If you don't believe me read the multiple other reviews on various sites with the same issues. Here is your warning to STAY AWAY and go elsewhere!!

Below is my daughter's statement . PLEASE DO NOT SPONSOR THIS BUSINESS. She has not been the first one, every single client that has decided not to use their business had gotten the same treatment. Today I had the worst experience in this place, Thank God I did not leave my camper there, THE OWNER OF THE PLACE was super Rude, DISRESPECTFUL, CURSING AT ME, he told me that if I were his daughter he would slap the shit out of me, I WAS VERBALLY ABUSED today, and all that for no justifiable reason, I imagine he was upset because my insurance company sent the money to my account and not his, my father-in-law and I went into the shop and started talking with the employees of the front desk, asking questions that as a client we have every right to ask because they charged us $ 500 for making an estimate and that money was not supposed to be paid by the client because they include work hour so that part the insurance was supposed to send them that money, because they added in the estimate, but The insurance subtracted that part of the money and sent us the difference so the approved money minus the hours worked by them, in short we are asking questions respectfully speaking and this animal, and that would be an offense to the animals, came out of nowhere with a defensive attitude and his first words to us were, "Did you brought the $500 if you have it, pay and take the camper, if you don't pay you won't take it and it's over, here there is nothing more to discuss on the matter." and from there obviously I did not remain silent and told him that that was not the way to treat customers and from then on, all the aforementioned and more. YES, THAT WAS THE SUCH DREW ..... I'm still super disappointed, annoyed by the matter, and I definitely do not recommend the place at all, PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS KIND OF PEOPLE DOES NOT DESERVE TO RECEIVE YOUR MONEY .... IT IS A ABUSIVE TYPE LACK OF RESPECT .... Anyway, Thank God something told me to open the camper and Boom ??? They had removed the fireplace, the wood of one of the closets torn, well what more can I say! DO NOT SUPPORT abusive people like DREW @ Drew's RV Tech
