He told me once he finished the RV would look new. He had a finishing guy. He replaced the floor with wood that was thicker than the rest of the floor, so there is a slight hump in the floor. He punctured the ceiling when taking out the shower and did not repair it. Since the replaced flooring was higher, when he put the floor strips back down there are big gaps between each strip. He put the bathroom cabined back in, but did not secure it down. I can push the base in and out. When he put the walls back, he did not replace any trim. Where he damaged the wall, he had tape to go over the damage, but it was wrinkled. Small holes in the wall not repaired. Part of the bottom of the base was broken. Nails sticking out of the wall. NO FINISHING guy. When I told him these issues need to be fixed, he won't return my calls or text. Bottom line. Do what is right, if not, Karma has a way of sneaking up on you. Don't use him. I am now in the process of suing him, and reporting him to the State Attorney.

The camper should have come with a backup camera monitor and they swear it doesn't come with it and won't give it to us. They kept our camper for 2 months and didn't fix anything, including all the stuff they swore they would fix when they sold it to us. We bought the extra warranty and they said absolutely nothing was covered. Miserable experience all the way around. Do not recommend.

We contacted John (the owner) and, though backed up by other service calls, he got to us as soon as he could. John is knowledgeable about RV repairs. I had done a little research prior to his arrival and he quickly arrived at the same conclusion as I: The AC motor was burned out. John did what was required to repair my AC, he didn't try to get over on me by claiming something else (like the motherboard) was bad, and the charge for the replacement motor and his labor were very reasonable. He is also pleasant to deal with. I will be using JMC Mobile RV Services for my repairs from now on.
