He's been with VW for a number of years and knew the product very well. He was also very easy to work with no pressure at all. Bradley talked us through all the options, from new used, new or a lease. We ended up buying a nice Taos that was used as a loaner car for the service department. Only 4,000 miles on it, so feels pretty new. I negotiated a little on price, and they did budge. A little. Overall, happy with Bob Boast VW.

I had called another popular shop in town who were rude and not helpful considering my time deadlines. Drew was helpful from the first phone call and was also my mechanic. I believe the work was reasonably priced, and I had a safe, smooth, and problem free ride back to Colorado over 3 days, driving 10-12 hours a day. Thanks to everyone at Steve White's!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the results. I had been rear-ended at a stoplight which resulted in damage to my rear. I brought my vehicle in for an estimate, with Tony (Anthony) and he responded same day via email with a detailed estimate and availability to bring it in, also noting that they would need to modify the estimate and time to repair depending on what they may find when removing the bumper. He also confirmed they would be using BMW parts and not aftermarket (which I wanted). The repair time was lengthy unfortunately as they, like many businesses now, are struggling with staffing, and also won't just hire "anyone" as quality work is important to them. That said, they kept me apprised of what was happening once I dropped it off, and the front desk person was completely helpful on all fronts. When I picked up my car, it was impeccable and also - bonus! - was completely cleaned not only on the outside but also on the inside. Very happy. Although I hope I don't NEED to bring a vehicle here again (cuz that would mean something was damaged), I WILL wholeheartedly be back here if I do.

The auto had a clean carfax, so I purchased it. While waiting on shipping and after payment was made and paperwork signed, he calls and said they had to take the dash apart to fix a gauge and also the mileage is higher than what he listed. I am not happy. When the car arrived, the dash was a mess, the ashtray was broke, dash buzzer came on when putting the top down and headlight seal broken. I sent photos of the issues, repair receipts for some of them for reimbursement over many months and got nothing but excuses and he says, we didn't sell u a Barrett Jackson car? To add to the insult, the car arrived with 1/4 tank of gas and the battery died. Worst experience in my 60yrs of car buying. Buyer beware.

I consider myself fairly handy, but I struggled to remove the screws that held my old license plate on for the past 12 years. I even tried drilling them out, bought a special tool to remove the broken bolts, and watched multiple YouTube videos for guidance but didn't have any luck. Frustrated, I decided to search for mechanics in Sun City Center. I found a few and made some phone calls. One mechanic offered a fair rate for his time, while another quoted me between $50 and $100 and required an appointment to be seen. I then came across Pablo and Brad Auto Xperts. After reading their positive reviews, I decided to drive to their shop without an appointment to see if they could help. Upon entering their office, I was greeted by a friendly and courteous employee. I explained my situation, and she promptly went to find someone to assist me. A technician came out, assessed the issue, and helped me mount my rear license plate. He was friendly and genuinely wanted to help. When I asked how much I owed him, he replied, "Nothing; we did it as a courtesy." I was truly blown away by this kindness. In Chicago, I had many options for mechanics, but in Florida, I don't know anyone yet. Thank you, Pablo and Brad Auto Xperts, for your kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help. You have definitely earned my business!
