I don't know if she's the owner or store manager, but she has that negative attitude towards selective people. She's very judgmental and treat people accordingly. This is not one time thing, I have had this experience 3-4 times. She would get annoyed if you ask her questions about the items they have and pricing. Today we asked her about the price for one of the sweets by pointing it out. Later when I asked her to pack some for me she started packing a different sweet and then she said that's what you asked for and the first thing we asked for is expensive. I mean for real lady?? First you need to learn manners since you are in customer service business, second you need to treat people equally. We were given only a very small amount of butter, and there was no yogurt served with the kulcha. We ordered extra yogurt, but unfortunately, the yogurt was very sour.ask for yogurt and they charge for that.and the chole with kulcha taste was very gross and didn't eat that too. We hv to ask butter for that so at least we can eat kulcha. The Malai Paneer Tikka was also very disappointing. It had almost no flavor, and the taste was unpleasant enough that we did not want to eat it.we just wasted our money and time there. I had same bad experience in past almost year ago.so never went there. My kids went there 2 years ago and had bad experience they never went back to this restaurant.
