I ordered the Chorizo & Eggs and opted for corn tortillas. Since I would eat the tortillas by themselves, corn was preferably to flour. The scrambled eggs dish, sliced potatoes and the four medium tortillas was ample for breakfast. I was able to finish everything without being too stuffed. The salsa provided additional flavor without being spicy. Although I did not mind, the amount of diced cheese may be overwhelming. The coffee was amazing. I finished my first cup before the waitress had a chance to take my order. By the time my meal was served, I needed a second refill. Although I would have declined, I was not offered a refill in a takeout cup.
