On our scheduled appointment, Matt arrived promptly and was communicative beforehand. I figured we'd book something for January some time, but Steve blew me away by scheduling an appointment that week! He carefully discussed the specs for the job, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and then stuck to it! My husband was so impressed with the service he provided, and when I finally got home, so was I. The mount is outstanding--better than I would have purchased on my own, but for the same price.
