Maria and one other woman arrived at my place and cleaned for about 4.5 hours. The place was spotless and smelled amazing. Even the apartment manager was shocked and impressed at how amazing the place looked. He is thoughtful and considerate of each client's space, recognizing it as a place of peace and well-being, which was the exact opposite of what my apartment had become. It's been an incredibly difficult year, and challenges continue to arise, but Tim gave us a fresh start--an immense weight lifted from our bodies and the chance to breathe again. A couple of minor things for next time: while the apartment is stunningly clean, there were a few spots where the team seemed to "tap out". Organic Tim's Cleaning answered our request immediately and was able to come out and give us a quotation in a timely and professional manner. The use of organic cleaning materials was important to us and he did not disappoint. He showed up promptly with his team at the appointed day and time and they went right to work.
