I was towed back to that shop and 2 days later when I went to pick up the auto I was charged an additional 337.86 for lugs and studs..I also had to buy a new rim from a tire shop for 108.00.Afterward the tire could not tightened all the lugs because they were used and damaged. I WENT TO A Parts shop showed some of the lugs and got new ones and put them on myself.I only moved here 4 months ago and thought this was a reliable shop My Mistake.

I have an old 2002 Civic and these things need their timing belts replaced every 100,000 miles (or so I'm told), and that's about where she was when I bought it. Shouldn't cost much more than 500$ (again, so I'm told). So I checked this place out. The guy who runs the place, Danny, told me he'd have it done by the next day and he certainly did. Turns out my engine had all sorts of other problems that he fixed while he was under the hood. My gut reaction was "Here we go." but things were not what they seemed. The overall price after labor and all of the other fixes he provided was, as I was told, not much higher than 500$. I've since heard even more good things about this place and I can say I'm a believer. This will be my go-to place from now on.

So I said I just want an oil change and nothing more. Fine. I go and pick up my car and I notice that:  A) They placed the next oil change sticker with 2K miles more than it should have on it  B) 30 minutes later I get another call from the guy saying my oil pan is leaking and I have some other issues...and as I inform him my car isn't there anymore and picked up, he hangs up on me. I would rate this place 000000 stars I have never done a review but I just got…read moretired of the owner seeing my face. first of all I want to say that this place is a joke and ridiculous, on March 15, 22 this man sent a tow truck for my car, he told me that the parts were taking a long time to be delivered , let me laugh lol I'll tell you that man is a scammer his name is JUAN , he was always putting excuses he even make me talk to the insurance company so I almost got in to an argument with the insurance , he also told me to tell them to send him the check, For me it sounds suspicious but I just told them to sent it to him funny part was that he kept telling me that he didn't get the check And once more call the Insurance and they told me that the check it was already send to him a week ago. Beyond that He didn't even notify that to me. All been said here is the good news , the parts he put on my car are used and he received a check for 5,039.42 , I got my car on 04/20/22 because he recall that the parts were delay a lot of lies every week that I called him it was another lie and what it actually was that He wanted the insurance to send the check to him directly. He insisted that the check be delivered to him directly. I always said that if he did an excellent job, I didn't care about that money, but I wanted my car to be as good as possible. I went to PICKUP my car with my mom and I was looking at her like what and what is that? perfect I didn't say anything and I took my key I went outside and I didn't leave until I checked it to my surprise there were several defects, and I went inside the shop and called the guy who was there and I told him, look come I told him I'm upset about that this man made me wait so long for my car so that he could deliver a car with half the work done. it's not fair I started to show him that it's broken that didn't change and I laughed at the bullshit he told me the hit of the car was on the left but the front part didn't exist so HE WAS SUPPORTED to bought the whole piece that doesn't cost Not even $300 for him to put damaged parts on my car for the simple fact that the insurance didn't pay for it I mean, why didn't the insurance cover it? they paid for that and more than they didn't do. That's nothing, I send him photos of what is damaged. Guest what he says come tomorrow and we'll talk etc. I was judicious the next day and I told him the same thing. He says come on this day to change the parts . We are talking that todays date is May 24 and I am still waiting for a part , I took it on May 14 and left it worse , what annoys me is that he always said I already order the parts he recall " if you want I'll show them to you" come such a day and he didn't have time, how ironic it is that I have to go begging for to change something that was paid? To this day he doesn't answer my messages, like I told him I don't trust him with my car, because as a person you trust, but people like him who are dishonest disgust me and as I also told him GOD BLESS YOU , BECAUSE OF HOW YOU WORK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP AT ALL. I WILL LEAVE YOU THE PICTURES OF MY CAR SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT HE REGULATED ME AND HE DID THE OPPOSITE MR.
