Based on standard volume, the payout should have been over $20, but the employee only gave us $12. When we explicitly asked for a receipt to check the weight breakdown, the worker rudely refused and stated they do not give receipts to anyone. It is incredibly suspicious to hide the scales from view and refuse to provide mandatory transactions receipts. This lack of transparency completely shortchanges consumers and directly violates state recycling regulations. Highly unprofessional facility.

On every site I can find, their hours say they are open Monday - Friday, 9a-5p (with shorter hours on weekends.) I fear the worst.

The owner and another male employee keep soliciting Asian women for "massages." One Asian woman complained and she got banned. They also threaten to ban you if you tell them that hugging and groping makes you uncomfortable. They seem to have stopped that after other women complained to the owner's wife, but they still try to solicit you and verbally harass you. If you're a woman, DO NOT GO HERE ALONE! It is not safe. The employees also beg for tips too, and always ask for more. I wasn't aware that tipping culture reached recycling. It's insane since they're all mean and yell at customers and I'm pretty sure they're being sneaky since they won't let you see the total before they cash out. I've seen other people complain of being shorted that way too.

Have patience when coming here, you will most likely be in line waiting for a spot. When you do get a spot, secure your containers and transfer your cans and bottles separately....then stand in line to be weighed in, then go to the counter to get your receipt, they give you a "club card" to get a better price per pound. Then go to the payout window...your done! Money in hand and now get yourself some lunch!

There are a ton of huge signs all over when you pull in saying you can't sort there. I came here for the first time last week to recycle some cans, bottles and glass. Since I have never recycled I had some cans (like dog food and green bean cans) that I guess they don't accept. I could tell the worker was annoyed that he had to take those out but he wasn't rude to us, and when you have people all day not following your rules I understand why he would be frustrated. Just make sure the stuff you are recycling is actually eligible for recycling and pre sort your cans and you won't have an issue here.

I had a few radiators to recycle and I called to check the current price per pound for a "clean" vs "dirty" radiator. As a female, I like to do my homework before I go places like this so I know that I am not being taken advantage of. The website states "call for pricing" so I assumed it would be ok to call for pricing. I politely asked the lady and she responded very rudely "I don't know!!" and I was put on a brief hold. I was eventually given an answer, but perhaps she might try responding to people with "let me check" next time. Otherwise I had a great experience. For CRV related recycling, they have a fair amount of cans on dollies which made transporting them to the scales a breeze. This is helpful because it is a small walk from the parking lot to the scale area. The two gentlemen that helped me were great. A little work on phone skills and I would give them the full 5 stars.
