I could tell the worker was annoyed that he had to take those out but he wasn't rude to us, and when you have people all day not following your rules I understand why he would be frustrated. When we explicitly asked for a receipt to check the weight breakdown, the worker rudely refused and stated they do not give receipts to anyone. It is incredibly suspicious to hide the scales from view and refuse to provide mandatory transactions receipts. This lack of transparency completely shortchanges consumers and directly violates state recycling regulations. Highly unprofessional facility.

The owner and the employees are extremely helpful and polite...they're just good people. I've been recycling with them for the last few years, and recently, I contacted them to see if they would let me bring a bunch of kindergarteners for a tour to learn about recycling. Not only did they say yes, but they stayed after closing and allowed us to tour their facility after hours! The showed us their entire operation and even showed us how they crush and bale the aluminum cans so they can be transported for the next step in the recycling process. I can't brag them up enough. The main worker who works there works so hard even when it is hot. He knows what goes where and what is able to be recycled, he knows his stuff.
