When I phoned Shining Eagle, the voicemail robotically repeated the number I just had dialed, so thinking that it was no longer a business, I dropped the call without leaving a message. Within minutes, I had a callback. At this point, I was just so happy to talk to a real person, that I decided to just go with it. The gentleman was very professional; he asked questions about the vehicle, the shape it was in, and what I wanted to have done. We agreed on a day/time and price. I sent a follow-up text confirming the info with the address. About 15 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, he texted, apologizing to say he would be slightly late due to an unforeseen family situation and asked if his new ETA (30-45 minutes later) would still work. He then arrived at the new agreed-upon time. Once here, he didn't waste any time. I learned that he has been detailing cars for about a decade. Clearly, it is a real passion. He had everything he needed and was incredibly organized. We again reviewed the objectives at the car and then then for the next 3 1/2 hours, he worked non-stop. He is serious, focused and meticulous. When he was done, I barely recognized the finished product. It isn't just clean, it is restored. I highly recommend this company!

Two years ago, two weeks after changing out our all season for our winter tires at Van Kleeck's, one of our front tires came loose and fell off. It flew so far into the woods, it couldn't be found. Deeply concerned, appropriately apologetic and mortified, Van Kleeck's hustled out and took care of all repairs and costs. We continued to use them out of loyalty and appreciation for years of great service, but reminded them every time to please be sure that all the tires were tightened securely. Well, it happened again this past year! Thankfully, my wife and son called me to report a worsening loud noise at highway speeds. They pulled over immediately and were able to tighten the front tire securely and avoid it coming off...at highway speed, they could have been killed. I'd caution anyone using their services to check the tire lug nuts themselves at the very least. We won't be using them again.

On Monday of this week, my daughter had to have the $22,000 vehicle towed from the parking lot of her job after working a 12 hour shift First, Romeo told her that they did not have to proper equipment to diagnose the issue. Upon sending the Jeep over to a dealership that is specific to that brand, they diagnosed it with having "electrical issues".
