Omg I loveeeee this amazing candy store in CDM and I'm buying a birthday crown and sushi gummies!! Tess is very sweet like the ice cream and candy here. They also have a lot of cool novelty candies. A+++
This place is so dang cute. We were driving down PCH and the eye catching facade sparkled and lured us in. The fresh baked cookies (peanut butter, snickerdoodle, and chocolate chip), brownies, and unique ice cream flavors were a hit. The store itself has fun novelty gifts, packaged candy, bulk candy, stuffed animals, etc. It's like if a cotton candy machine exploded inside but in all the best ways. Highly recommend coming here. The service was fast and friendly. You can even eat your ice cream inside at the counter or outside at a couple tables on the sidewalk.
Stumbled into this adorable candy/ ice cream shop last week in Newport! Located in Corona Del Mar! It was a hot sunny day last Friday. I stopped in and wanted something refreshing the man offered me samples of two of the sorbets. I picked the grapefruit sorbet in a sugar cone! I'll probably be dreaming of this sherbet forever! It wasn't sweat, it tasted perfect, and was so refreshing!!!! Yum yum yum!!!! Go check out this adorable shop!!!!
Love this place! Super cute, fun, unique shop located on pch. I stop whenever I'm in the area. Unique gifts, nostalgic items/ candy. Yummy handmade ice cream. I had lemon cookie and pineapple sorbet (tasted like a Disney dole whip) in a freshly made waffle cone. The small, beautifully decorated cakes and cookies are great too! Friendly, efficient staff; Thank you!
This place was well deserved after a day of swimming and boogie boarding! Super nice staff and lots of cute treats and gift options. The ice cream was delicious too!!
We love to come here every time we stay in Laguna beach for spring break or summer break. It's our tradition, it's such a cute place and we always like to come and shop and take pics of course! I did not realize it's so far from Laguna Beach so I called ahead of time (well it's really not that far but with Traffic it took us about 30 minutes from our hotel) so I called ahead of time (we got there maybe 10 minutes before closing) ...the girl on the phone was so sweet and she said that they would be open (because my girls would've been so disappointed if we drove there and they closed) So of course we got there in a few minutes time to shop before they closed the shop. OH the store is just as cute as I remember if not cuter, they have the cutest candies and also they have cookies and treats in the cold case and Ice Cream as well. I highly recommend coming here on a date or with kids. it's SO worth it!
Cute spot, fun for kids. Street parking for the most part. There's lots of novelty candy inside, if that's your thing then this place will be fun for you. Good ice cream and some baked treats too. Definitely something for everyone unless sugar isn't your thing.
Every town needs this place. We pulled in after the wall drew the girls attention on our way back from CDM. Inside is fun, ice cream was great and the staff were super nice - the ladies were both sweet to the kids and spent some time chatting up at their ice cream bar for a bit. Very glad we stoped here.
Yes, yes and yaaasssss!!!! Apologies for not taking more pictures before we devoured our order. The standout was definitely the mini birthday cake (see picture). No regrets on calories and a fun place to indulge with the family.
We drove from San Diego to the candy shoo just to take my daughter and her facial expression was priceless when we walked in! We drove by this place couple of times and we were finally able to visit! It was so much fun the staff was outstanding! Treated us really nice. This place is full of a kid's dreams. We got some taffy candy, some fidgets, mini V-Day cakes. But we definitely went for the Ice cream. My favorite flavor was the Pink Grapefruit Sherbet. So good!!

I love the ice cream at this place, it's homemade ice cream and it's delicious! My favorite ice cream there is the Cookie Monster ice cream, they told me they use their own chocolate chip cookies made in-store. They also have mini cakes and a lot of different candy. I recommend going there and having the ice cream. read more

This ice cream is creamy, dreamy soft and and heavenly! The store is whimsical and brings back childhood memories all while new memories are being created with the little ones. While I really enjoy the ice cream, I equally enjoyed watching the excitement from my little girl prance through the store touching every item with great big eyes and joyful expressions. You can pick up some Mustache Tattoos, try some free treats, get your free Yelp Check in Jelly Beans, and even buy some homemade Toffee! If you are in the area this is a must stop. While candy is candy this place makes fantastic ice cream and you might as well Treat Yourself because... You Know You Deserve It! After spending the day at the beach the kids wanted something sweet, so we stopped by B candy to check them out, Kenny was very helpful, we didn't catch the very friendly and helpful women working that day but they both offered us samples of the ice cream flavors. They also let us know they custom made cakes and cookies. They have great service and amazing ice cream. We will definitely return read more

Me and my kids stoped by after a long day at the beach. The shop is so cute! Everyone that works their is so friendly. They have cute items inside unique cute stuffed animals, candies, snacks, drinks, ice cream made in the shop. They also had fresh baked items cookies, cakes and brownies. We decided on some ice cream since it was so hot out they had unique flavors. They allow you try before picking which was the best part. I chose lemon cookie crunch, my daughter peach mango sorbet and my son Cookie Monster. We all loved them! If your in the area you should stop by try ur out and take some cute pics. read more

Okay, while I didn't buy one thing from here, I have to say that the VERY brightly colored décor on the outside of the store made us stop in our tracks (going down PCH), find a parking spot, and walk inside to see what it was all about. A huge cupcake, ice cream cone and lollipop in the brightest and most inviting of colors lured us in. I just love colors........and food related at that. How could we not? It kind of reminds me of an ultra small-scale version of Dylan's Candy Bar, the 3 story one in New York's Upper East Side, although this is only 1 story, like the Dylan's at The Grove in L.A. Regardless, this is jam packed with candy, more candy, and even more than that..... ice cream, cupcakes and brownies too. Even gift items. Fun stuff to look at.... and certainly buy....... but we didn't because we had just bought some stuff elsewhere and were not of the mindset to make piggies of ourselves. That being said, we just couldn't resist stopping in to see what it was all about. It was just so inviting, and I'm a sucker for color (no pun intended, lol). Super cool candy store in Corona Del Mar! Driving by I had to stop, love the decor out and inside! My son and I had a blast looking at all the cool stuff they have. Prices range from fair ($1.50 for mini cupcakes) to outrageous ($10 for a pack of gummy bears!!!) We had the fruity pebbles and cookie monster ice cream, it was ok, not as great as it sounded or looked. Also pretty expensive and tiny scoops. Service is nice, the selection blew me away, prepare for your kids (or you) to want everything in here! read more

I've been going to a lot of different ice cream places, and I have to say this one is definitely one of the top places I've been to. Finding B.CANDY was really easy, but driving into the parking lot was a little hard. In addition, there isn't a lot of parking spots, so parking on a nearby street may be much easier. The overall aesthetic of the store is super cute. They have ice cream sculptures outside and inside the store. Even their seats at the counter are shaped in the form of various ice cream cones. Outside, they have a Tokidoki wall, too. Definitely loved the aesthetic because it was so fitting. B.CANDY doesn't have a lot of flavors, but the ones they do have are wonderful and extremely well done. I got to sample four flavors - it's supposed to be three but the worker let me try four. I tried the choclate covered potato chips with caramel, cookie monster, fruity pebbles, and cinnamon toast crunch. ALL of them were great and worth getting. I ended up getting a single scoop and you can combine many flavors into one scoop. I decided to go with the chocolate covered potato chips and cookie monster. I also got a free waffle cone with a Yelp check in. Even though it was a single scoop, the worker definitely made it way more than a single scoop for two flavors. And a single scoop is only $3.50! So cheap! Quality wise, the flavors were great and ice cream was super creamy. The chocolate covered potato chips with caramel was sweet and salty - and this is a flavor I haven't seen at any other place. The cookie monster had chunks of cookie dough that were super soft and delicious, unlike some other places where it can get hard because it's been frozen for so long. The waffle cone was great, too. It was pretty thin, so it was a crispy-like texture. At the bottom, it was not as crispy, but actually chewy and more of a waffle-like texture. I really enjoyed this. It wasn't extremely hard like some other places I've gone to. Honestly, the only downside is that I couldn't sample more flavors. The cashier also told me that they were rated the best ice cream place in Orange County - and I have to admit that this is well deserved. Note: There is a minimum of $5 for credit card. The absolute cutest little shop. I wish it wasn't Covid and we could actually enjoy eating the dessert at the bar but alas one day that might be a possibility. The employees were so friendly and explained that the desserts and ice cream are made on-site. Lots of cute gifts, toys and candy. This was one of those random stops we make when something catches our eyes. You really can not miss B. Candy when coming down P.C.H. It's like "Hello! Here I am Star Shine, the earth says hello!" And my goodness it was worth the random stop. We were on our way to the beach, when we saw B. Candy and said to each other "on the way back home, we need to try that place". So, on the way back home we did exactly what we said we would (doesn't happen often, we typically forget). When you first enter this very colorful establishment, it's a little tight between the entrance and front counter. The Ice cream is on your right and pastries on the left. Further over a load of different types of candy and other things to check out. They also have a small counter you can take a load off and enjoy your treat. If you like a little more room and air to enjoy your treat there is a patio located through a back door we're there are tables and chairs provided for you. Which there was also a bathroom located in this location as well, that had a passcode needed to get in to it. Area the shop is located, is not a bad one, there are a number of other shops to walk around too once you are done gulping down your sweet treat. The employees were super nice and patient, one employee started to talk with us asking us if we were from out of town (seemed to loose interest once we said we were from L.A., totally understandable) so your probably wondering what I got, well I got my self what I think has to be the best Mint Chip Shake I have ever had. One of my kids had the Cookie Monster ice cream, the others had cookies n cream/chocolate another went just for the good ol chocolate. All together it was a wonderful spontaneous decision we made as a family, on a whim that we usual would ignore. This place has everything for indulging your sweet tooth - candy, baked goods & ice cream. (Dieters beware!) If I came here as a kid - my head would've exploded from all of the choices. I came in to look and left licking a big ol' waffle cone filled with pumpkin & Cookie Monster ice creams. Found this awesome little spot on our way back from Crystal Cove and had to drop in and check it out. So this place is a full service rainbows and unicorns, delivering hopes and dreams in the form of ice cream, cookies, brownies, and cake!!! Also decked out with a super adorable retail portion with stuffed animals, toys and candy, there is about all you could wish for in terms of junk food and goodies. We all ordered ice cream that is made in house and served up daily. With unique flavors like Cookie Monster, Lucky Charms, and a plethora of other choices, it was great to have a different variety of flavors outside the ice cream norm. The staff was super friendly and polite and made this visit extra nice. Will definitely drop in to say hi, or grab a scoop or two on our way from the beach. read more
Many good ice cream flavors with crumble inside: Mint, cookies monster, coffee toffee.. mint is a bomb to me. Kids love the colorful outside and inside of the shop. They also love vanilla ice cream, rainbow and Oreo mini cakes. A Good quick stop for sweet tooth. read more

Cute candy and dessert shop in the Newport Beach Area. Plenty of varieties of candy and ice cream was offered. The mango ice cream is really good here and my son loved the pink strawberry cake. What really attracted me to this place is the exterior and interior decor! Super adorable! My only recommendation is to offer more options for the cakes. The cakes were all buttermilk cream and basically had the same concept but different decorations. Besides that, this is a must stop if you are in the Newport Beach Area! read more

My friends and I came in to look around and were immediately greeted! The staff was warm and friendly! We got their homemade ice cream on waffle cones and they were delicious!! The mint monster & Oreo coffee were incredible! Amazing selection of candy & sweets! read more
I love this place so much! So cute, and so much to see and take pics of (inside and out). I brought my kids here for the first time, and they were figuratively and literally "kids in a candy store." We spent almost an hour browsing, and sampling, and finally sitting at the counter to enjoy ice cream. We bought two scoops of ice cream and one mini cupcake, and it was only $8.50! All that cuteness and a good deal! Rocky Road got a thumbs up, not the blood orange sorbet - too sweet. The cinnamon toast crunch cupcake was omg good. The gal behind the counter said it was her favorite! Parking was pretty easy, since they have a small lot, and street parking on Coast Hwy right in front. On a recent trip to Cali, while driving the coast we passed this spot up, the first thing that drew my eye was how unique and colorful the building is, second is the huge Toki Doki art on the side of the building (my daughter is a big time fan!). There was NO WAY I was not gonna stop! The store is filled with lots of toys, collectables, candy and icecream. Though some of the items are a bit pricey, especially the Toki Doki and Sanrio items. But it's fun to window shop and leave with some sweet treats! We tried the mini birthday cake, mini gluten free cake, and the cotton candy ice cream, all of which were amazing! I've already promised my daughter that we will stop here every trip to Cali. I will definitely be checking out all the stores because they're just so cute and fun!! read more

Mmm, B. Candy, I want to B as fun, happy and colorful as U! This is definitely a "turn your frown upside down" kind of place. How can anyone not be delighted by all bright colors, yummy candies and ice creams, and all the cool and fun little toys they sell? Whenever I visit Corona del Mar I always make a stop here for an ice cream and a bag of English soft-chew licorice. The owner is a super-nice lady and definitely loves bringing a bit o' Willy Wonka-ness to this tony yet rather sleepy seaside hamlet. I've always passed this place on coast hwy on my way to Laguna beach! It was a Monday, MLK day! after the beach, we decided to ck out this place on the way back to my place. There's a private lot in the back or u can park in the street. As we entered the shop, it reminded me of a very mini "sugar factory" of las vegas. it was cute and quaint! Selection of candy on the back wall, and ice cream parlor part in front. Workers were friendly. We got a cup of oreo ice cream. Creamy and tasty! We sat on the back part of the facility and enjoyed our ice cream. around the ice cream parlor, there are cute stools shaped into ice cream cones, so so so cute! read more
