The line on a Saturday is a long one. So, be prepared to wait in line, however, it moves pretty quick. People don't just come here for the donut. They also have sandwiches and of course lottery tickets. Lol. Supposedly, this place have been giving winning tickets. Lol. Anyway, this place seems to be a place were people just hangout, eat breakfast sandwich and donuts. It's a very chill vibe.

We got the glazed jelly, filled maple bar, glazed old fashioned, and the glazed buttermilk. The old fashioned was fine, not great. It was slightly dry. The buttermilk donut was good. It was huge. Dense, not dry, and had a prominent buttermilk flavor. It was gigantic. The jelly filled was also huge. The size of two donuts. It was heavy and dense but the texture was still light and fluffy. The jelly inside is seeded raspberry. It definitely tastes very sweet and a little artificial. Not the best jelly donut I've ever had, but not horrible. It was filled generously. The filled maple bar was very sweet. The glaze was maple-y enough. The filling wasn't too sweet--tasted and had texture of jello vanilla pudding. It was filled from both ends. These 4 huge donuts were $11 total. Best price compared to other shops in the area.

2nd time going on my day off and beginning my Labor Day weekend 2026…read more I had to try this bakery 2nd time, and bought few more of their brioche doughnuts, shiopan, and 1 shiopan banh mi. I know their brioche donut flavors are 9/10. I tried their shio pan pre-lunch. So good and coated with sesame seeds. I'm trying their banh mi served their shiopan. It's served with their own Bo',a Vietnamese mayo, pickled shaved daikon, cucumber and carrot salad, ham. It's so good because the shiopan has acrunchy exteriorbut the sea salt flavor cuts the richness, and tangy pickled flavors of the fillings. This sandwich is delicious, so good and amazing! Menu today is 5/5. Another thing about their shiopan is they perfected their own techniques of creating a baguette substitute and saviry bread vessel. I bought their banh mi, and was so curious and planned to eat it later. After eating a few bites, it is so good. Their bakeshop and café is still quaint, and tgey have outside seating for patrons. Just a quiet place to hangout or chat with friends, or have lunch. Love this bakeshop.

It was fluffy and sweet but that was it. I didn't taste any hint of pandan or white rabbit. Disappointment. Guava Cheesecake ($13.75/slice): I didn't eat this personally but I gave it to my friend who said it was so good she licked the box after. Pricy for one slice but it looked like a 1/4 of a small cheesecake.

I was craving for some mochi donut and having seen this location being opened for some time I…read morewanted to come and check it out. When the opportunity presented itself, I came by today for the first time. The decor was mediocre but I was here for a take out order so my review will be strictly on the taste of the mochi donut itself. Mochi donut (Macha & Strawberry flavored) - 5 out of 5 They were fluffy and chewy in texture. Compared to your regular donut, it's just a different style of donut altogether. There is not actual mochi in the donut itself just a mental note. The sweetness wasn't overpowering which I liked and they're extremely fresh. Compared to the ones they offer in Osaka Marketplace, this one blows them out of the park. For any type of donuts, I general look for two things: 1. Are they fresh (if they aren't, you can generally tell from the dough being tougher if no other additives are placed in the dough) 2. The sugar toppings (If they place a heavier emphasis on sugar, I usually stay away since I'm more focused on the flavor instead) Service - 3 out of 5 The lady over the counter was a bit slow. She was on the phone when I came in and it took her about 10 minutes to finish her conversation before she was able to get to us. I think it was a phone order? It looked like she's the only person taking orders since the other workers saw us but kept on doing whatever they were doing. If you don't mind waiting a little like myself, it's a definite must try if you enjoy a chewier textured type of dough in your donuts or would just like to give a new type of donut a try. I don't usually judge too hard on the service staff in places like these since they're mostly mom and pop owned. Understand that when we come, they're just trying to do their best with what they've got is all we can ask for. Ultimately, the food takes home the win and Mochinut here did exactly that for me. They seemed to be Vietnamese owned since they sell other Vietnamese items here as well so keep that in mind. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when I'm feeling like a mochi donut again in the future!
