This man was very rude. Had been waiting over 1.5 hours and my tow kept getting delayed. Called the guy and was super polite. I was just asking for an ETA and that I needed to get my car to the dealership before the closed. He yelled at me and said I was very rude and impatient. Not once was I rude to this man. He hung up on me and canceled my service so I had to start start all over again on a tow company to pick up my car. I would not recommend this man if my life depended on it. A year ago or so I was living at a community and the town driver from this company came dropping off someone else's car and he threatened to tow my partner for backing into a spot. The community I lived at had signs but never towed cars for backing in. The guy yelled at my partner for backing in, my partner flipped the car around and the tow driver came back and continued to yell at my partner with obscenities and antagonizing comments. He is not the tow company assigned for the property, he just has an inflated ego and a big truck with a tow kit. I recently needed a tow on a really rough morning and the same guy was assigned to my tow. We realized this after we looked up the tow company and low and behold his bright red truck matching the one involved in the previous altercation is on the site. Luckily for us he showed up without updating us that he was on his way (the eta was 15-45 minutes and we were 1 minute away across the street) and cancelled the tow. After this he refused to answer so we were assigned to someone else. Hope someone someday knocks in down a peg but I'm the meantime I'm elated that it played out the way it did and I didn't have to trust him with my vehicle. I wouldnt trust this dude with a donut let alone my vehicle. read more

The most unprofessional and rude tow truck driver ever, needs anger management! Story Time: My wife's car stopped starting up, already diagnosed that the starter needs to be replaced. Scheduled a tow through Progressive Roadside Assistance, they contracted with B&E Towing. When the tow truck driver first pulled up, he got out and started asking what was wrong with our vehicle. I explained to him what I believe to be the issue. He then insisted that he check to see if our vehicle needed to be jump started. After trying it, he then confirmed what I told him was the original issue. He then began loading the vehicle up. He then asked me where we would be dropping it off, he mentioned that if the road was not paved that he would not be in his words "f*cking doing it". I told him that I believe it's paved but wasn't 100% sure because I have never been to this shop before. Once we got to the destination, instead of pulling around to the front the property to the access road, he proceeded to go into the on-coming traffic lanes and make an illegal left turn onto a side road that is separate and does not connect to the shops driveway. He threw the tow truck into park, got out of his vehicle, and started cussing at my wife and I every two seconds saying how he would not be "f*cking bringing the vehicle any further, how this is f*cking gravel, how this mechanic shop needs to have pavement if he's going to have trucks bringing f*cking vehicles here, how we might need to sign a damage claim because he was not going to be liable for our vehicle getting messed up, and how we need to do further f*cking research on where we're bringing our vehicles to" and so on and so forth with horrific language. You should never speak to anyone like that, especially not a woman or your paying customers. The mechanic then came out and asked what the issue was. He then started speaking to the mechanic with that same verbiage. Mind you, it was a compacted stone driveway, it would have been completely fine to bring the vehicle through there, we know because we drove my lowered BMW down the same road with no issues. It's not what he said, it was how he said it, if he wasn't comfortable bringing the vehicle any further to avoid any possible damages, that's fine, we got it here and can figure out a way to get it down to the actual shop if need be, all good. We later filed a complaint with our insurance company, which took a look at the location of this shop and the type of gravel it was and said that there should have been no issue. Once he dropped the vehicle, we no longer wanted help from him, so the mechanic offered us help to push the vehicle to the back of the shop because the driver refused to bring it any further onto the property. As the tow truck driver was pulling around to leave, the mechanic had to tell him to not drive through his grass yard, the driver was extremely impatient, the driver and mechanic started going back-and-forth and almost got into a fight. This was the worst service ever, and looking at other reviews, I honestly don't know how this guy is still allowed to tow vehicles. Would never recommend to anyone ever! read more

Absolutely abismal interaction. After waiting for hours (and dispatcher/driver not answering his phone), I was called and told "I just drove by you and I can't tow your car". He proceeded to call me "an entitled piece of s***" and all sorts of other names because he cannot read the requirements for towing my car when accepting a tow order. All my vehicle information was given and he should have known not to accept my tow order and leave me waiting. And then he registered the tow as completed--leaving me stranded (trying to get paid for the job). Never stopped to even look at my vehicle to try and help. I had to call my insurance myself and get another tow truck out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Needs to be taken off all insurance provider tow truck lists. read more

What a horrible company. My roadside assistance assigned my rescue to this company because their eta was the fasted. Keep in mind their eta was over 2 hours out. When their 45 minute window passed, I called and the guy that answered told me it would be another 45 minutes. I told him very nicely that wasn't the timeframe I was given by my company. The tow drivers are creepy as hell. I'm glad I finally found the page for this company. In October of 2024 one of the drivers was in my apartment complex and started to follow my gf and I as we were walking in the parking lot, yelling that he could tow us for backing into our spot. This company is NOT contracted with our apartment company, and does not have permission to tow vehicles willy nilly. I tried to ignore him and then he wanted to egg me on into a physical altercation. Called the number, no answer, mailbox full. Sent a text, no reply. Called AC Delco who had arranged the tow back and they said it was canceled on their end with no message to me. My girlfriend and I had a flat tire out front of a Walmart and I had no idea what I was doing. Brandon who owns b&e happened to be driving by and stopped to offer us a hand- when I didn't have a spare he walked me through what I need to get from Walmart to get me on my way and he even said if all else fails he gave me his card to call him and he'll come back to help us out with rotating the tires for it to be towed. I cannot recommend this man enough, truly one of the most selfless and kind things a stranger has ever done for us and he was truly just a kind man. Call them for your towing needs!!!!!! read more

This company was called by my insurance company to pick up our truck that got wrecked he pick up our truck Friday morning and was to take it to the shop I work for. He told us it would be there it is now Monday I called Brian to ask where the truck is and he told me at his tow yard and not the shop. He then Begin to tell me my shop was not open when he tried to deliver it. I told him I work here and we where open till 9pm on Friday 8pm on Saturday and 6pm on Sunday. He is a lier. I have called the police and the insurance company. This guy is holding our vehicle hostage witch is breaking the law. The insurance company is sending another tow company after our truck. My Vehicle broke down in the early morning, so I went through my insurance to get help. They connected me with B&E towing, and had an eta of 90 mins, ok cool. I Tried to call the company after my service request was approved by my insurance just to double check with the provider, and they did not answer. I figured they were busy so I figured I'd call as It gets closer to my eta. I was patiently waiting for them to get to my location, and when they're are supposed to be there on site they text me saying that they didn't even have a drive in transit because their over night driver came down with an illness which I understand completely, I wouldn't expect anyone to work while they are sick. And that the next drive would be starting at 7. So when I told him it would've been nice to know that prior, he gets upset with me and starts cursing over text. Saying I have attitude. When all I did was state that some communication would have been helpful. So I sent them a screenshot of their values on their website and then proceeds to try to belittle me by calling me "Mr.screenshot" and telling me that he's going to cancel my tow request and doesn't need customers like me. So my conclusion is that this company does not practice their values that they claim to have on their website, and who ever is in charge of their dispatch need to be fired immediately. Terrible customer service, and obviously does not care about the company or their job! We do not need companies like this in our state. But thank Goodness for Ricardo over at Sunland towing for helping me out and being quick and responsive, and having a much better price too! read more

I would highly recommend Tim Brandon (the owner) with B&E Towing and Recovery if you would like to have your vehicle left in an unknown location on the highway, facing the wrong direction of traffic, and ultimately impounded! I'm sure the highway patrol appreciated all those wrong-way driver calls they received right? He's not afraid to take a job that's outside of his zone for the money instead of easily declining. He'll make sure to over promise and underdeliver to the best of his ability every step of the way. Expecting an update that your truck has been dumped on the highway? No way! Simply contact Tim the next day so he can be really short with you, finally remember to cancel the call with the insurance company to get it reassigned, and then tell you he didn't have the right vehicle for the job in the first place. You can rest assured that that he will leave proper notes for the insurance company despite what your insurance company says. Those pesky insurance companies always losing notes! There's a pretty good chance you could push your vehicle home and rebuild the engine in a more timely manner than Tim but what's the fun in that? When I tried to get ahold of someone, it went straight to voicemail. I was on the side of a busy freeway for over three hours on a holiday, from sunset to dark. How dangerous! Luckily my friend was able to pick up the parts I needed to replace and fix my car while waiting for the tow truck that wasn't coming. If AllState dispatches this company to you, you're better off contacting literally any other company. read more

This company dispatched by our roadside USAA insurance at around 4pm, said they were enroute and would arrive in an hour and a half- no show. So USAA then dispatched them again and again the said they were on their way and would be about an hour away. At 9:00pm, 6 hrs in the heat, we called another towing company who came across town and had us on the hook and headed home in 45 minutes. They did not answer their phone when I called (3 times) and it went to voicemail. allstate even called them and it went to voicemail. Highly unprofessional. B & E then texted me and said I'd owe $103 which wasn't even accurate. I've been sitting on the side of the freeway for 3 hours now. Beware of this place. They said they only have one driver and that's as fast as they could go which is fine, but they shouldn't say their ETA is something it's not and keep pushing it back by 20 mins.
