B&D wheel alignment is a great place for lowered cars as their shop is a pit, so they go under your car instead of lifting it. Asked for a cradle alignment after I dropped the subframe, they said i aligned it well and it didn't need any adjustments. I did the rest of the alignment for all 4 corners. Took my car in for an alignment early in the morning, it wasn't busy. Mechanics were friendly and the price was reasonable. As they were working on my car (only 3 years old) they tell me all sorts of things are wrong with my car. Which I know wasn't true. I listened to their whole pitch and of course the repairs they wanted to do were expensive. I waited for my alignment, paid and left. I had an appointment with my dealership for maintenance and to remove any doubt I had them check my car and they confirmed what i knew. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car, specifically the parts they insisted were broken. Im disappointed that they tried to take advantage of me because I'm a female and I was there alone. I had taken my car in and had an alignment done, it costed me 1,400 dollars for repairs, which was fine however they didn't put on a lug nut and when I called them and brought it back they said the mechanic told them the lug nut was damaged, so they didn't notify me until I brought it to thier attention now they are lagging with the new lug nut and have been avoiding my call, you would think they would take care of this being that I spent 1,400 bucks and they can't even replace a 12.00 part that they damaged?? read more

Don't do business with these people they treat their customers like they are idiots and know nothing about their own cars! I have an extreme custom Camaro and they wouldn't work on it because I wouldn't let them test drive it because they were about to take it out a driveway that was so steep it would have destroyed my 500 dollar splitter. The problem isn't even noticeable when at driving speeds. All they had to do was check it at their pit and turn the wheel a couple of times. Instead they had me wait 2 hours to tell me that they couldn't work on it! I was only there to verify that the Rack and pinion is my issue. I do most of the work myself and would never give them a repair job because they quoted me 3 times what other shops want for the same repairs. Total rip off artists! Buyers beware!!! read more

I wish I can give them zero starts. This place if so horrible, a rip off and liars. I took them a set of new disc brakes and drums to be installed they chargers me to inspect my truck and they said yea they can do the job. Ok so everything I bought was brand NEW they kept telling me that parts I had didn't fit the truck when the kit I bought was for the truck then they return my truck and to me said it was ready when it wasn't the brakes malfunctioned on the freeway they got stuck and destroyed my rotors and discs brakes that cost $1000 for my old school Chevy. Who ever is reading this don't go to this shop they kept giving me excuses on how it's not their fault because the parts didn't come from them, then why would they inspect the truck and take the job. Then they kept telling me to take it to another shop they know. I ended up having my brother who doesn't own a show help me and we fixed the problem. I am completely amazed at the service that I received here!! My car drives so much better. To give you a back story, I took my car to another alignment shop, and in the current age of technology the laser method seemed a lot better even for the price. ( i paid about 100$ ). Anyway, my car didn't drive straight. I took it back and still nothing. I looked up B&D Wheel alignment. At first I was skeptical because of all the reviews about Gino or "G knome" ( I thought that review Was hilarious) , but I decided to give them a call. Jessie answered the phone, was very courteous, and quoted me a price for my Chevy sedan for 70 dollars for both the front and rear. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jessie and they told me it was going to be a wait, ( I got there around 11 am), but at this point I didn't care. I left my car with them and about a couple hours later George called me and told me about a list of parts that I needed to replace that the other place failed to mention. Now me being a college student living paycheck to paycheck asked what was the most important stuff to get me going straight. At the end of the day George did a great job at explaining everything. He even offered to show me if I had come to the shop. At the end of the day, I drove out of their lot with a car that drives straight. The location is relatively small, there is no waiting area and nothing for a customer to do while waiting for their car. The business is first come first serve basis, no appointments. My friend has been going there for over 15 years. He has always received great service. They service all types of cars. From cars as old as 1962 to a 2016 vehicle. Unfortunately they are not open on Saturdays or Sundays. Recently my friend got tie rod ends inner and outer on his GTO. It took two hours to complete. They also did a four wheels, wheel alignment. horrible. Had suspension work done and wheels were unbelievably shaky once I got on freeway. I had them balanced properly at another shop to be safe, and they were good again. Then, a week later, one of the parts b&d relplaced fell off my car while I was driving. Could have caused serious injury. Jorge also tried to recommend shock absorbers for $1000, when the ones on my truck are new. Jorge appears to be a crooked crook, and his mechanics did a horrible, unsafe job, and took 3 days to do it! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and any other agency that can hopefully regulate this possibly criminal negligence. One of the worst experiences I've had, and it cost me $2800. read more

I was recommended to B&D after originally going to Rusty's. I had noticed a noise while driving home one night and after got home and inspected my car my front end looked like it was sitting way too low. Instead of ignoring it I decided to get it checked out. While I showed up to B&Ds slightly annoyed that I had been re-directed somewhere else when explaining my issue. As well as initially the mechanic that was getting my information seemed fairly dismissive. Regardless they said $22 for an inspection and they would let me know. They pulled my car around pretty much immediately ( there was only one other customer waiting when I showed up ) and began the inspection. After about 30-60 minute wait my car was pulled back around. There was actually nothing wrong with the car but the mechanic told me it just needed a wheel alignment. I was actually very pleased with the customer service from here on out. Both mechanics that helped me didn't make me feel stupid for being overly paranoid. They were pretty pleasant and friendly considering. I would recommend not being put off by the first impression as the mechanics here can seem dismissive when initially helping you. When it's all said and done though they are considerate and friendly. read more

The alignment was fine! Replacement of the shocks was was very, very overprice (I must have been having a senior moment to agree to it) the tires were rotated and as they were rotated to the FRONT the tires were NOT balance! They said they couldn't balance tires that big (Ford E350 superduty) So I took it elsewhere and I would have created another problem with a shaking front end all over again! Even though I have recommended them in the past it was for alignment ONLY! Go elsewhere! read more

I feel I should offer a second opinion. I almost wasn't going to go here, based on the first review. But I decided to give it a try anyway, knowing what to expect. I'm glad I decided to go. Maybe here's the mindset to have when at this place, which improved my experience. First and foremost, it's a service station. It specializes in tire alignment. Period. No frills. Yes the lot is small. The office is small and also smells of cigarettes. You can wait outside of the office (they can bring out chairs), or you can go across the street to CVS or Starbucks to stay out of the elements. Second, the mechanics are mechanics. They are not rude, but they are to the point and seem to want to get the job done. The guy in charge asked what I wanted done to the car, and discussed cost. Less than $50 for front alignment...sounds good to me, based on what I just paid for new tires. He was upfront and honest about cost for extra service (for example, if I wanted to get all four tires done) and I appreciated that. The mechanic working on my car, when I was there after getting back from Starbucks, was carefully fine-tuning and taking my car out on several test drives. In my mind he was thorough and detailed, and it's that overall level of service and care for my vehicle that I'm giving a high review. Finally, know that availability is by luck. They have no appointments--only first-come, first-served. I was probably luckier because I was the only car there. I pulled the car in Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m., got the front tire alignment, and was out by 8:30 a.m. An hour for detailed care seems pretty quick to me! So I'm giving this a very positive rating based on how detailed and careful they were of my car. Expect an industrial mom 'n' pop type shop, with the opportunity to explore the area or hang out watching your car get tuned, and you should be fine. read more

I think they have some sort of deal in place. It was funny how America's tire told me I needed new struts, then gave me a business card for this place. Two guys sitting in the pit, NOT working.... "waiting for parts" while two customers waited. Then told I had to leave my car for up to 5 hours for an alignment. I asked if I could bring it back later and was told they are a "first come, first served" so, I'd have to wait even longer. It took 2 hours to have 3 lug studs and 3 lug nuts changed. read more

Stopped by B&D in an emergency situation. I met with Jerry who was very pleasant and professional. I explained my situation and I left my car with him and he was upfront about the cost of the estimate. That there was a cost for him to look at it and it would be applied to the cost of repairs if I decided to get it repaired. I left my car and came home. Jerry called me and gave me a complete breakdown of the issues on the front end. There were three problems and I had to discuss it with the owner of the car. Jerry was very understanding about the situation and gave me a breakdown of each repair and was very patient and very elaborate in his explanations while I wrote them down so I could explain them. As it turned out, against my better judgment the owner decided not to repair it and I called Jerry and told him I was coming to get the car. He was very understanding about and said that if the owner changed his mind to bring it back on Monday. He also explained about each repair and if I repaired one thing how long he suggested to repair the other issue and then the other one and gave me a breakdown of all three as well as a total cost. He was professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and flexible. His prices are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. I am of the belief though that you get what you pay for and I would have paid the expense even though it was a little higher then other places due to the fact the the quality of work done to my car I believe would have been done correctly, accurately, and professionally. If it was my car I would have had it fixed there on the spot due to the fact that they come highly recommend. I can't attest personally for their work as I personally have not had any work done there and as stated their prices are not the cheapest but they are also not the most expensive.
