The RICO Agent told me that you're NOT even A CERTIFIED LICENSED MACHANIC!!! The RICO Agent also filed my call. I guess it's my fault for not checking your background! Nevertheless, anyone who's operating a business in Hawaii, as a business owner, it's your responsibility to ensure and stand by your work! As usual, yelp algorithm, gives three mechanics, but went to take my chance on Reliable Mobile Mechanic. I got in touch with Branden, and explained my situation. He was able to diagnose the problem, and fixed my car faster than I expected. His rates are very competive, and reasonable. If I went to a brick and motar shop, I would have to pay overhead for their rent, etc...In the end, I am glad, I used Branden, and will use him again for future car repairs. After many years of using Capitol Auto Service, I can honestly say they still provide great…read moreservice. A couple months ago, my truck would not move when I tried to put it in gear. I need it working as soon as possible and Capitol Auto told me they didn't do transmission repair. They referred me to another business but they wouldn't be able to take me for over a week. I found a place that said they would take it that day and areanged a tow. The tow truck driver told me it wasn't a transmission problem which was good news. Still, I sent it to the shop I had made arrangements with. They took my truck in and called to tell me that it would cost, "at least $3,000" because they were going to have to rebuild the whole back end. It was Friday and they told me they would give me a better estimate on Monday. On Saturday, I received a quote via text for $1,600 which included a $300 diagnostic fee. Anyway, I paid the $300 and had my truck towed to Capitol Auto. They checked it out and found a cable that had come loose. They connected and secured it and road tested the truck. They found no other problems. I asked how much my bill was going to be and they did not charge me! Who could ask for more! Capitol Auto is simply amazing! I plan to continue using their services for many years to come and highly recommend them.

Pro tip: Avoid coming around 12-1pm, they close down for lunch and the line gets backed up. I came in last time right before their lunch break, and you could tell that they were going quickly to get through all the cars waiting so they could go on break. Overall, they are really friendly and even with the line it seems to move very efficiently. It does seem a little dangerous when the line of cars goes out of the parking lot and there's a pile up of cars on the side of the main road. Service is friendly ,efficient and I will come back next year when my safety expires.
