On multiple visits, I've noticed that I'm not acknowledged when I walk in or while shopping, while other customers--who appear to be of a different race--are greeted and helped right away. I hope management takes this seriously and works on providing equal, respectful service to everyone.

My 80 year old husband was not assertive enough with the 2 delivery people. They did not set up the couch properly as the under/backside was never completed. Zippers have not been zipped. They gave him no instructions or paperwork whatsoever. I've had many conversations with Macy's customer service to no avail. I requested a white glove person to come back out to finish setup and give us our paperwork! I requested they respond via email as phone calls don't seem to work with them! I went with Macy's thinking I was purchasing the best couch and delivery/setup. I do not recall anyone purchasing furniture from Macy's! I searched for couches for 2 years, so sorry I went with them!

my daughter and I were in the dressing room, and I heard a male voice. When we opened the dressing…read moreroom door, we saw that a mother had invited her daughter's boyfriend in to look at clothes she was trying on. I told Kathryn, the dressing room attendant that there was a man inside the dressing room. I asked if it was a unisex changing room. she said no, and turned around and started hanging clothes, did not go in and ask him to leave. I went to the front to report the incident to Brian the manager, he acted confused until another woman came over and asked me if I was telling the manager about the male being in the dressing rooms.(she was clearly upset about the incident as well) And then Brian said " I don't know the mental state of the male in the changing room" I said, "what are you talking about? It doesn't matter his mental state" "How about the mental state of the girls that are in there changing their clothes while a man is on the other side of the door!!" he said "we have cameras. I'll check it out." So whatever that means Management do better

I don't normally shop at Kohl's but I saw a good deal on their Fitbit. I purchased it online today…read moreand then picked it up a few hours later. When I got home and took the box out of the bag I noticed the box was open and dirty. The watch fell out and the plastic that was supposed to be holding it fell out as well. The box inside had multiple coffee and dirt stains and the wrist band on both sides were dirty. I drove back to the store and told customer service about it. The store associate there said she was the one who boxed it. She noticed the box was open, but thought it was returned without being used. I'm confused...if an item has been opened and then returned, shouldn't it be considered used? I don't understand how the dirt on the box and the obvious dirt on the wrist band was missed. Anyway they had one more of the color I wanted and I didn't have a problem exchanging it for a new one.

Of course they sell fashionable clothes (the designs they have range from leggings, sweaters you know comfy lounge wear to beautiful dresses and skirts etc), fun accessories especially perfect ones for any Dog Mom. They have a lot of unique items you won't find anywhere else. So of course all of the adorable and rare items are great enough reason to check this place out especially if you're looking for that special gift you can't find anywhere else but what else makes this place top notch? The people working here. I was here last weekend with my sister and two ladies named Sherrie and Mariah were working and they were two of the kindest people I have ever met in the entire mall. Seriously all of you other business owners reading this it's all about being personable so remember that when hiring your staff. These ladies acted like they knew you and were two of the most sincere people I've met. People like this are hard to find especially while shopping and being in a chair so I cannot give this business and these ladies even praise. Thank you for having the class you do. If you want to shop at a boutique that not only has cute and unique items but be in a place that also makes you think it came right from TV (in a good way of course!) then stop into Apricot Lane Boutique and treat yourself. **This store is very wheelchair friendly. Very easy to maneuver around, nothing is too close together. Employees made me feel welcomed and didn't treat me like a second class citizen like some small businesses do**
