Stussy, 10Deep, Pink+Dolphin, Undefeated, The Hundreds, Obey and that's just to name a few of my favorite brands that this store carries plus a ton more that I need to start looking in to. Great customer service too, the owner is very friendly and is more than eager to help find the right size for you. She also doesn't just try to sell for the sake of profit. She advises and helps you try on clothes that are more geared towards you and informs you of the different fabrics. I truly appreciate someone knowledgeable in these areas and I know you all will too. The ambience and decor of the store looks amazing, it's welcoming, bright and doesn't look like a supply store with white industrial lights. I salute you Explicit Street Wear for such a welcoming and warm experience. I'll be back to do some more shopping as my paychecks roll around. I remember when they were popping back in the day. The style of clothing, suits etc. It has lost its luster. The clothing looked like it catered only to the elderly. My husband needed a white, burgundy and blue suit so he had no big complaints since they had what he'd needed... Now I have always loved their shirt and tie section. That had not really changed. They still to me have the "BEST" ties and shirt colors you cannot find anywhere else. The prices were reasonable they had a big sale going on. Everyone was so nice and polite. However, the associates (two women) declined to exchange the T shirt and advised me to sew it instead. The associate even proceeded to cut the thread off the shirt and said it's fine. I'm very disappointed in purchasing an item that was defective and their negligence and unsatisfactory customer service in resolving the issue. The t shirt alone was $28! If I had purchased it elsewhere, I would've been able to exchange it, as the defect was there to begin with. Horrible customer service! Never shopping there again and I will advise anyone to shop elsewhere!

He's 3 years old and loves the mall. The main elevator was broken so we used the elevator in Macy's to get to the 2nd floor. We were also parked in the handicapped section near Macy's. At 5 minutes to 8, we went to back to Macy's only to find that they had already closed their glass doors and there were 3 sales girls dancing by their display cases, NOT kidding! After getting their attention, 1 came over while another went to get someone that had a 'key'. The man came to us, told us he didn't have a key, then told us their "elevator was broken", when we had just used it 2 hours prior! We had the baby in a wagon, not his wheelchair or stroller, so we can't just take him down the stairs and run the risk of dropping him. We ended up having to exit the OTHER SIDE OF THE DAMN MALL and then walk around the entire store of Macy's on the OUTSIDE IN THE DARK AND THE COLD!! Even then, the walk wasn't cut and dry, we had to go down a road and loop around a fence. Yea, YOUR PEOPLE DID THAT TO US! We don't have much time left on this earth but I sure as hell will be keeping myself and my grandson away from your store! That's a loss on your part as well, I usually purchase ALL of my family's bedding from your store. I will also be telling others just how 'helpful' your idiotic staff is.

By our new hair stylist, I mean Monet! So happy I found her... After moving from Texas, I've seen a few strange things out here in the Denver hair world (side eye) and needless to say, I have been extremely reluctant in letting anyone touch my hair. After much prayer I finally just allowed for it to happen and booked my first hair appointment, and I'm so glad I did. Monet is the very best! Very sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how she was so gentle with my hair. Oh and I should add... I am natural (no relaxer) with hair past my waist. I did not hear any snapping, ripping or popping of my hair during the detangling process so in this case, silence was golden! There was an upcharge for longer hair but I didn't mind after I saw the results and was blessed by her hands. Also, if I may add, Monet has great time management skills as well. I was expecting to be in the chair for at least 3 hours but it only took maybe 1 hr - 1.5 hrs which was impressive. My hair was/is flawless, soft, and flowy. I've gotten so many compliments, and people keep touching it (which I do NOT like but that's a whole other story). Thanks so much Monet!

I have been trying to call the Aurora store in reference to a pick up order and the phone just rings and rings and rings. So I guess nobody bothers to pick up the phone? No worries, the pick up order can just sit there until they cancel it and refund me then. smh. Work ethic does not exist anymore it seems. This is one reason that actual stores are failing, the employees suck. So when the store closes and you are out of a job, remember, it is because of your crappy work ethic that helped you lose your job
