The food is prepared when ordered and has a fresh feeling to it. I usually go for the sashimi and a wakame sallad. Sashimi is 8€ (mixed tuna and salmon) and probably have the largest pieces of fish I have ever gotten in a sashimi. And the quality of the fish is really good! Compared to any other sushi place, the same weight of sashimi would be more than double the price. The only things to complain about is that they do not accept credit cards and that the service is not always what you would expect. Usually this is due to the language barrier - but on the other hand it can easily be solved by pointing at the pictures in the menu!
