She never asked whether the dog was a service animal and refused to even let us order before stepping back outside. I completely understand if their policy has changed, but there is a customer-friendly way to communicate that, and this wasn't it. A simple, "Is this a service animal?" followed by, "I'm so sorry, but unfortunately we can't have dogs inside," would have gone a long way. The service continued downhill from there. I asked about the difference between grilled and shredded chicken and chose grilled. When my order came out, it was shredded. When I took it back, instead of apologizing or simply fixing it, the same woman told me, "You ordered shredded," before agreeing to replace it. Again--totally unnecessary and not good customer service. On top of all that, the food itself was barely warm. The rice, beans, and tacos were all room-temperature at best.
