I called two more times in the 30 minutes I naively waited. I heard obvious sounds in the back 'restricted' area and rang the bell and yelled out 'hello' several times with no response. I'm astonished at all the positive reviews this place has received given this obviously unprofessional and disrespectful experience.

My car is 15 years old and was really dirty and worn out from being a mom-car, a horse-barn-car, an artist's car, etc. The interior is now super clean -- the dashboard looks brand new, the center console is back to its original sleek look, the remnants of grass hay are gone from the carpets, and it's now safe to sit on the seats wearing nice clothing! My headlights are crystal clear and look new. These guys worked wonders on a battered interior and it's waaay better in there. Their pricing is very fair. The guys were a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them!

Upon receiving my car back, i've noticed a 2 inch long razor gash through my clear coat, about 2mm from where the clear was cut. I was told this is "normal" work by a friend who knows the owner, but find this unacceptable. If you wish to affiliate yourself with the autobody industry, the idea of my THREE DAY OLD $75,000 car being dropped off and coming back in worse condition is absurd, its not even barely satisfactory. I won't take my car back to them because i don't trust them to return it in a mere neutral condition.

I recently purchased a newer truck, and was interested in getting a leveling kit, rather than a…read morefull blown lift kit, I didn't want to be that older couple climbing into a monster truck as we get older. I was referred to Aerosuds from Paul at the dealership we purchased the truck from. I called and talked to Nicki (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), and she was very informative, as to what they would need to do. She gave me a price breakdown, for the parts, labor, tax, and alignment, for our particular truck. The following day, me and my wife were off from work, and since I am more of a visual person, we decided to stop by this establishment to see exactly what they were going to do. When we got there, Nicki was busy helping another customer, I ended up talking to Shawn ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong). Shawn was also very helpful, as well as informative, and quoted me the same price as Nicki. Shawn didn't try to upswell, he was catering to what I wanted, which was very comforting. After me and my wife decided to get this done, I called Aerosuds, talked to Shawn, he went over the exact price again, he ordered the part (which I paid for in advance), and had the leveling kit installed two days later. When I picked up the truck, it was later in the evening, so I really couldn't see how the truck looked. I couldn't wait to the morning to get a good look at the truck, and what was done. All I can say is "WOW", I am so happy with how the truck looks, but more impressed with the level of professionalism, and customer service that was provided. Thank you Shawn, and Nicki, for all of your help.

I verbally confirmed when I ordered AND before they installed, but it still came out with black bolts. They apologized and ordered chrome bolts and said they wouldn't charge me. The techs did a good job on the install, but I'll never come back because the service managers are liars.

My Mercedes received expert service with careful attention to its particular requirements. I appreciated the clear explanations, thoughtful recommendations and confidence that comes from working with people who understand the vehicles in their care. Their pride in their work was evident throughout the visit. The charming Irish owner deserves special praise. Warm, articulate and exceptionally knowledgeable, he combines technical expertise with a welcoming manner that makes a customer feel valued. He takes the time to listen and discuss the car with care and understanding. There is something reassuring about a business where the welcome is warm, the surroundings are immaculate and the workmanship inspires trust. AutoSport Werks delivered all three. I arrived hoping for a good first experience and left thoroughly impressed. They earned my appreciation, my confidence and my intention to return. A wholehearted recommendation beautifully done! Finding a reliable mechanic is a real pain. For every review saying a shop is fair, trustworthy,…read moreand high quality you'll have another that says it was the worst experience ever. So far, Autosport Werks has given me confidence in their team, but time will be the true test. I brought my 2016 VW Tiguan in for an oil leak which turned out to be many oil leaks and and a couple of knock-on issues. The repair job was very expensive, but my comparison shopping told me their price wasn't terribly far off from what I could expect elsewhere. In the few weeks since that work was done my windshield washer pump has gone out, which does make me a touch suspicious, but given how old the car is I guess I can't be too shocked about random parts giving up the ghost. Their team has been very nice and patient with me and my many questions. They've been transparent, breaking down the quote for me when asked and making sure I understood what they'd found and what they were proposing to do to fix it. The piece that gave me the most assurance was that they offer a four year warranty on their repairs, which I can't imagine any shop would do if they were fly-by-night. So far, so good.
