I literally said to myself this is why I don't like coming to the dentist. But it did get better! This staff is so very friendly and accommodating. The dentist is very professional, very friendly and very personable. Even when I mentioned that I felt like I had certain procedures done before, the dentist stated that if I had that information to provide then it would alleviate some of the other steps that I would have to take that he had mentioned. Dr Fine came in and and started remarking about my teeth one by one as she examined them, and when it was all said & done she wanted to start with deep plane scaling and cleaning in 2 major sessions, and then basically make over most of my mouth with crowns and implants, as if my mouth is/was a complete disaster! One concern I had was a single dark fine vertical line I had developed on of each of my 2 front teeth, (possibly a superficial crack?) and she only offered veneers as a solution, but then said there was no way she would do them until I did a full course with Invisalign. I spent 6+ years of my youth in full upper and lower braces, double headgear, and after the bands, double retainers. I even had 4 extractions to accommodate the correction. My teeth are quite nice. It did not take long to realize this was not my dentist! I have since found a dentist who is amazing, has her own practice in Encino, is on the more conservative side, but can & will do anything you need. She's very skilled. She does not upsell. She said my mouth looks great, and whatever I'm doing, to keep it up. She also did bonding on my front teeth, which was easy, painless, affordable & looks beautiful! The lines are gone and the work looks so natural! She also takes my dental insurance, which Dr Fine does not.

Additionally, the clinic cannot provide their legal name or contact details for official procedures. I have already filed a lawsuit, but the sheriff could not serve the doctor -- at the reception, they claimed the doctor is on sick leave until the scheduled court date. However, when I asked a friend to make an appointment, the doctor was available and seeing patients, which clearly shows deceit. This is an unprofessional and dishonest clinic. Be careful to avoid facing the same problems. I am still pursuing the refund that is rightfully mine.
