If you love your family, NEVER TAKE THEM TO THIS DISRESPECTFUL PLACE. They'll ruin your dinner. This is my first ever review for any restaurant. I swear the God, this place is the worst now. It must be closed. Also, they hold the seekh kabobs in their bare hands (without gloves). You are not supposed to touch the food with bare hands, but they even HOLD seekh kabobs in both hands (one by one), and then put them on the plate. read more

The food here is pretty good, depending on what you get. We've ordered take-out several times. The nihari last time was not good at all. Super oily, meat was terrible quality and it tasted like crap. As a nihari lover, I was greatly disappointed. But their beef bihari kababs are amazing!! Sooo yummy! We also love their biryani and karahi. We have had issues a couple times with getting the wrong dish. But they are very willing to acknowledge and rectify any issues. That's why we keep coming back. They seem to care about their customers and have always made up for any issues we experienced. For example, one of the dishes I ordered last time was the mild Daal Makhani (for a toddler) and instead, we got spicy Chana Masala. I called them and the person I spoke to quickly apologized for the error and gave us credit for a free daal makhani next time. Also, to make up for the terrible nihari we got last time, they gave us a free chicken entree. That's amazing customer service in my opinion! read more

Imagine its a cool breezy evening in your home in Islamabad, Pakistan. You just got done with your homework and papa comes home with some pizza on the way back from work. That delicious pizza, that yummy pizza pie with the desi touch of mirch masala, with a proper hint of red pepper; thats what Azan's pizza has to offer. Go check them out, and order my all time favorite chicken tikka pizza. Don't be fooled by the shady entrance at the back of the mall right next to a truck driving school or the trashy parking lot. Go in with the purpose of satisfying your nostalgic pizza desires, and you shall feel fulfilled. read more

Wow the quality has improved greatly from the previous management. Their food is tasty and versatile. They have both Pakistani and Chinese buffet. Service is fast and helpful. Price is reasonable, $15 per person for weekend buffets. I have visited this place every weekend for the last month or two, such a fan. Regular customer here. Keep up the good service and taste. Best of luck :) read more

The food tasted pretty good, but wasn't what we were expecting. And the delivery was a half hour late. I got the Vegetarian platter which says it comes with Channa, palak panner, mixed veggie, cauliflower, white rice and naan. I got the channa, mixed veggies, and rice. They were all delicious. We did not get cauliflower our naan. Additionally, the item that should have been palak paneer was actually palak potatoes. My husband ordered the gyro platter, thinking it would be a gyro in bread with a side of salad and a side of fries rice. It was a platter with a rice base topped with a mix of gyro meat, lettuce, tomato, and sauce. The flavor was good, but not great. read more

What a lousy service. I just can't believe how much they don't care about their clients. I ordered $50 worth of food and for you not to care about my food that is not okay. I don't know if they got my order wrong or they didn't have what I ordered so they just went ahead and deliver anything just to keep the money. How do you put mango lassi in a bowl something that's supposed to be a drink? How just how did you run out of cup? read more

Had an online order and when I went to go pick it up, the women at the front desk yelled "I don't have an online order" and proceeded to ignore me and help other guest. When I showed her my email confirmation, she again threw her hands up in the air shouting "I don't have an online order!" Clearly there was an issue with their ordering system because I placed an order there no problem a couple days prior. It was only after I admonished the women for her behavior that she very apathetically asked what I wanted. I left with nothing and will not be returning. You just don't treat people that way. read more

Disgusting -- Dine in at your own risk !!!! I honestly don't like writing bad reviews for anyone but I had to do this because it's not a matter of the quality of service or anything like that it's about someone's health. Ordered fried chicken which didn't looked properly cleaned it had blood oozing out like literally blood oozing out and on top of this the chicken meat was a dark gray color so here you are try if you are still interested -- good luck B/w even after I had addressed my concern, they happily took my money. read more

Azan Karahi N Kabab - Indian Near Me - Windsor Mill, Maryland

was told my food would be ready in 10-15min. it's been 33 minutes and counting and a woman comes by every ten minutes and says 5 more minutes read more

Lunch buffet is terrible. $10 and the rice was old, dry and had burnt black onions all throughout. Chicken Tikka Masala wasnt very creamy. Kheer was room temp and probably a safety hazard for bacteria. Naan was pretty good. read more

Goat Karahi is really good. I asked them specifically to make it Pakistani style and they made it really good. I love Rogni Naan and beef kabob. Will definitely try this place again read more

Stopped by here with my mother for lunch on a Thursday. Very nice Pakistani restaurant service is great as well as the food. Will be returning very soon especially for the buffets they hold on the weekend! Highly recommend to anyone in the area thank you very much for having us! read more

Great food. Junaid the owner really cares about customers and everyone is so nice!

We went and got keema , pakora , chicken kabobs , and some naan. We tried to order an eggplant dish as well they were out. Owners here looked like the ones from Al Madina and we've seen them there before. Food was pretty ok- the kabobs were great but everything else was mediocre. Service was pretty terrible - we got waited on by what I assume is the owner and he was just as rude as he has been in the past at Al Madina. The fact that I'm white often means I get mediocre service at Pakistani restaurants , but we always seem to get treated pretty badly by the same two or three people which is surprisingly because my husband is Pakistani and you'd think that' be enough to welcome me into the fold. If you decide to go - stick with the kabobs or Karahi (the table next to us had it and it looked great.) read more

My first time there today and wanted to try a few different things. Its a very mediocre place. Sorry to say their food quality is pretty bad. Seekh kabobs were over cooked and felt like chewing on rubber. Palak was not cooked properly and didn't taste good at all. I was expecting at least the haleem would be good but nope, it tasted old and made a day or two ago. My suggestion get it together or shut it down. read more

A new venture! Team from al Madina kabab opened this place. The food was good, not a lot to choose from but a good location, the biryani required some tweaking in spices and more meat, the salad was old ( please stop serving salad if you can't make it fresh every day ). The saag was amazing, chickpeas , karahi and Kababs were all amazing. Bathroom was disgusting and no paper towels. There is definitely a lot to improve on but we hope they do it soon before it's too late. The chaat and paan were very good. We'll come back to try ordering a la carte and see how they do. Was recommended by Sana Fashion's shadan Aunty. Definitely recommend trying it read more

No biryani chatny no chicken tandoori chatny no fork no spoon no napkin and no customer service

If you like spicy hot Indian food, this is the place. The curries will literally burn your face but they taste so good. Don't expect much service from the staffs though, they are just busy chit chatting about themselves. Yes I will come back for them spicy curry. read more

how do your advertise takeout till 10:30 but say your tandoor is closed at 9:30? it took them 5 minutes with us on hold for someone to talk to us after the first girl who attended the phone put us on hold. second lady came to the phone and we asked if we could do takeout to which she replied "what do you want?". learn some people skills and try being willing to serve takeout if you work at a restaurant that offers takeout. read more

I ordered food on May 8th, I received message from them after 15 minutes that they are not going to fill my order. I was already halfway on my way to pick order. Charge was posted on my account. I called on my 9th that why charges are on my account, instead of saying sorry or for refund, they instead it is third party and they cannot do anything. Extremely poor customer service. read more

So let me start off by saying I think the food here is good (most of the time). The service is horrible, abysmal, terrible, etc... Several times Ive called in orders and I show up and its not ready and they give some lame excuse and done seem to care. Ive called in orders to be picked up at a certain time and its NEVER ready at that time. I even resorted to telling them a time 1 hour before I actually need the food and still not ready???!!!! Today, placed an order through GrubHub and the estimated delivery time is 5:55-6:15. I get a call at 6:20 from the restaurant saying, "oh we just saw your order. Nothing has been made. Do you still want it?" What the #*#&$&!!!!!!!! These people dont care and dont know jack about customer service. You'd probably get better service in a jail! read more

This is a no frill place with good food and modest price. Authentic desi food and I love their paratha..

They overbook their restaurant for iftari. In spite of making reservation for 5 ppl at restaurant in advance, they turned us away when we showed up on time at around 8 pm. Extremely disappointed and have to be wary of credibility of restaurant owners, who act in such manner. read more

Best halwa puri breakfast in the area. I ordered and tried buffet as well and the food quality, quantity and prices were best. I would recommend chines and Italian too from this place . Worst ever desi place ive ever been to!!! Horrible!!customer service was bad and their food is tasteless!!

I ordered through DoorDash and it took them over 2 hours to get the food ready, granted it was during their down time and shouldn't have taken more then an hour. The DoorDash driver went to pick up the food and it was not even ready. The driver waited 45 mins for them to get it ready. When I got the food it was a mess. Everything was just put together in a rush and half of the stuff was not even in the bag. I called the manager to let him know about the service and he said he can't do anything about it. This is the second time I have received horrible customer service. I will not go there again, and will not recommended this place to family and friends! Just horrible. I rather spend my money somewhere where it is appreciated read more

This place cooks the best desi food in Maryland. Any dish you order from here is always fresh and tasty. I brought my friends and family to this place, they also got addicted to food quality & taste. Whenever you go there, ask for Adnan or owner himself. These men make sure the service is the Best. Their rating should be no less than 5 out of 5. read more

I came in & ordered popcorn chicken & a zinger burger. Lady was friendly & nice & told me about 15-20 Mins. After about 10 Mins my food was ready, which I was really surprised about. Came home, opened up the box & found a long hair outside the box . Food itself was disgusting, I should have known because it only took 10 Mins to cook. Really upset my stomach, don't waste your time here read more

My experience here ended up being nothing less that perfect. There was a miscommunication while ordering and I didn't realize the mistake til I had gotten home.
