Only nine months ago we had new tile installed and it worried me we would have to rip some out to make this repair. Good Times Plumbing came to the rescue and I was really happy with their work. Our technician, Brandan, was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He showed me exactly what was going on and relieved my worries when he told me he was able to fix the cartridge without messing with the tile. He also gave me great advice on the mold, remediation and made sure everything was buttoned up exactly like I wanted it. The entire process with Good Times was pleasant and efficient. From the very moment that we set the appointment, they kept me informed through text messages and made great use of the technology, including pictures and an emailed receipt. I would highly recommend them for your professional plumbing needs. They give you three choices on what level of service you want to pursue, but they'll work with you to make sure you get the right repair for your specific need. Well done!

Not an emergency, but somewhat urgent. I called Good Times Plumbing and was able to get an appointment for an estimate the next day. What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

Your efforts saved us more than 50% compared to other companies' estimates for the exact same scope of work something we're still amazed by. We truly value your commitment to excellence and integrity, and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Overall the best prices I could find for full house restoration service.

This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, flexibility and high standards. Thanks to the ATH Team!

I wanted to share a very disappointing experience with Rocky Mountain which a plumbing company…read morereferred to me. The Plumbing was out doing some work on my property and one of my concerns is that there was discoloration around my toilet in the guest bathroom. the plumber said there could be a leak and even the possibility of black mold that could have spread into the rooms and hallway. He called Rocky Mountain and they came out. Based on the information the plumber gave me I trusted his professional judgement since I had a history with them and came highly recommended. The toilet was not at this time ever lifted and looked at. I am a single woman and rely on the professional companies to help direct me and I really like and trusted the plumber. Rocky Mountain gave me a quote to mitigate if this was in fact a huge issue which I agreed to. However, after the toilet was removed, it turned out that the only repair needed was replacing the toilet wax ring, there was also some urine about 10" in front of the toilet, but no major leak or damage that justified the extensive mitigation work that had been performed. The mitigation crew spoke no English, making communication difficult. They proceeded to remove all of my bathroom flooring and baseboards and performed extensive mitigation services which they were instructed to do by there crew leader who was not on site. I was charged 5384.04 for work that, in my opinion, was not necessary based on what was found. When the crew leader came to my property after the demo he confirmed this was not needed but already completed. To Rocky Mountains credit (after long arguments), they did replace and install the new flooring. However, I still believe I should not have been charged thousands of dollars for mitigation services not needed. As a result of this experience, my bathroom was unusable for over a month, causing inconvenience and stress. To make matters worse, I received a lawyer's demand letter yesterday seeking the remaining balance of 2692.02 before I ever received another bill by mail or email. In my opinion, this entire experience was handled poorly. I felt pressured into approving unnecessary work and was left with a large bill for services that were not justified. It was an excessive charge for an issue that did not exist. I would not recommend Rocky Mountain restoration based on my experience. I also believe I should be reimbursed for the remaining amount I just paid.

I live in Kennedale, Texas, and I genuinely wish I could give this company NEGATIVE 10 stars…read more Hiring this company after our home flooded in August 2025 was one of the worst experiences my family has ever gone through. We were originally told the repairs would take approximately 8 weeks. It ended up taking OVER 8 MONTHS. Throughout the process, we dealt with constant lies, excuses, gaslighting, and complete unprofessionalism from management -- specifically Sam and later Cory. Both repeatedly gave us false timelines, misleading information, and empty promises. Not only was communication terrible, but the quality of work was absolutely unacceptable. The contractors this company hired were careless and unprofessional. They left our front door wide open overnight on one occasion and repeatedly left our garage open while leaving the property unattended to run errands. At one point, one of the contractors even brought his entire family into our home while working -- something we witnessed on our security cameras. Children were running around inside our house during an active restoration project. Completely unacceptable. The workmanship itself was a disaster. The flooring they installed began buckling shortly after completion, requiring them to come back out and repair it. Now the flooring is buckling AGAIN in multiple areas of the home. When I contacted Cory about fixing the issue and asked about a warranty, I was told they "do not provide warranties" and that too much time had passed -- even though the problems are clearly the result of poor installation and substandard contractors. To make matters worse, because Cory continued giving us inaccurate completion dates, we were forced to move back into an unfinished home after our rental extension could no longer be extended. For FOUR WEEKS, my family lived upstairs in our media room without a functioning kitchen, countertops, stove, or basic living necessities. This company caused my family unnecessary stress, financial hardship, and emotional exhaustion during an already difficult time. Their lack of accountability, poor workmanship, dishonest communication, and complete disregard for customers is beyond unacceptable. At this point, I truly question how this company continues operating. Based on our experience, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone -- not even my worst enemy. If anyone has information about filing a lawsuit or taking legal action against this company, please feel free to respond.
