They sent two wonderful and hardworking ladies without even a ladder. They were fairly warned this home needed a lot of work we were charged an additional fee for this. Did not send enough help nor did they have the right tools. Everything we told would be included the ladies pushed back on and even called their boss. Deep cleaning was obviously not what they were expecting. They worked hard and long and even I felt bad for them as they did not have enough support and resources to do what was promised. There was very little value considering price (fee+upcharge) in what they did.

So they clearly didn't clean under furniture. And to note, I've moved both the couch and bed by myself, so it's not like they're too heavy, especially considering it was 3 guys. And then things like some floorboards were still not fully clean, etc. And whatever they used on the oven caused our fire alarm to go off every single time we used it for awhile after. They were supposed to come on a Saturday morning and then on Friday she text me asking if they can come Friday instead after the 2 pm so that they wouldn't have to work on Saturday. I agreed, they didn't get her until after 5 pm. When the 2 ladies got to my home one of them looked so exhausted and said that they were extremely tired from doing a few other homes earlier that day. Now to make a long story short, after only cleaning the 2 small restrooms and part of the kitchen they tell me that they are very exhausted and that they will have to come back a different day to finish the rest of the house. Then she asks me to pay her $275 and that a tip is greatly appreciated!!! Mind you, the $275 was the quote I got for the entire home. Then she tells me that it's that amount because they charge by the hour and that they had already been cleaning for 2 hrs and 45 minutes. They did not finish the kitchen and never called me again to come back to do the rest of the home!!!! Be careful with this company because it looks like I'm not the only one that this has happened to! Thank goodness for my coworker who recommended someone else and this lady came and did my ENTIRE home for much less than what they charged and without asking for a tip. However, on Thursday at 9:30 no one had come yet and when we called we were told that once again they didn't have a cleaner and would text back in 20 minutes with a plan. We NEVER heard back. At that point we called and canceled their services. This has been a very disappointing experience.

She left abruptly without a word - didn't check in, didn't say she was done, and forgot her tip. Just walked out the door while I was upstairs waiting for her to tell me she was done. The real problem: My brand new $300 AirPod Pros went missing after her visit. I've spent 10+ hours searching every inch of my house over the past week--drawers, couches, car, pockets, under furniture--and they're gone. I live alone and keep close track of my belongings. I have the case but the AirPods inside vanished. Given how she rushed out and barely did the job, I'm almost certain she took them when they were out of the case - either on my desk or nightstand. To the company's credit, they sent a second cleaner the next day who was phenomenal and completed everything the first missed. They were professional and responsive and got the tip I had for the first cleaner. I can't give a good review when I needed a second visit to get basic service AND my expensive property disappeared. Obviously can't prove theft, but the timing is hard to ignore.
