After my 1yr follow up in 3/2025, on 8/29/25, I had water coming out from the reverse osmosis under my sink. This was due to a faulty part from Puragain that they knew they had issues with, but did not check with their current customers who may have the faulty part and fix the problem. Although they sent a technician out right away to fix the faulty part and replace with a newer part that won't crack, they did not follow up with repairing the inside of my kitchen cabinet that had major water damage even though they took pictures. I continually followed up with them to see when they would fix it, I asked for their insurance info & I just kept getting the run-around or partial information. It is now end of December and no word from them at all to repair the water damage. A vendor who doesn't acknowledge their fault or repair what their system caused & they knowingly knew about this faulty part I do not recommend. Save your money, research diligently - there are better systems out there with a lower cost. Run from vendors that don't have integrity.

We tracked down High Pur Water Express after tasting the noticeably incredible water from an installation they had provided at a local breakfast place. Rick, the owner, was super responsive, extremely informative (as newbie purifier folks, we had a lot of major and a lot of minor questions), and a font of great information regarding the system as a whole. Service was a pleasure, from front office interactions to personal follow ups with Rick, who kept track of times and plumber quotes, and got us up and running with a full system, adding a loop installation, and including hook up to our fridge/ice maker, as well as an additional standalone hot and cold cooler, faster than we expected. The plumber he connected us with was extremely fast, efficient and neat. Rick is passionate and knowledgeable about the water system, and enjoys explaining the intricacies and benefits of the various choices, and it shows in his customer interactions!
