For anyone considering the system, which can seem a but pricey, I say without a doubt it's worth it! I've grown so accustomed to the great water at home, whenever I go someplace else to shower (especially hotels), I can now smell the chlorine in the water (gross). My next filter replacement was due in June 2026. However, Puragain never contacted me to complete the service. Since June, I have called the company on multiple occasions attempting to arrange the overdue maintenance. Each time, I have been directed to a receptionist who states that my information will be forwarded to the scheduling department. Despite these repeated assurances, nobody from scheduling or management has contacted me. It is now October 2026, approximately four months after the expected maintenance date, and I remain unable to obtain service for a filtration system installed by this company. This situation is especially concerning because the system is installed directly into my home's water supply and requires periodic filter replacement to maintain its intended performance. I have also discovered numerous complaints from other Puragain customers describing nearly identical experiences, including missed maintenance appointments, unanswered service requests, and failures to return customer calls. I am requesting the following resolution: 1. Immediate written communication from Puragain management. 2. Prompt scheduling and completion of the overdue filter replacement. 3. Written confirmation of my system's maintenance requirements and any applicable service or warranty obligations. 4. An explanation for the repeated failure to respond to customer service requests. I am requesting that this complaint be formally documented and reviewed for potential unfair or deceptive business practices, particularly if Puragain continues to market ongoing maintenance services that it is unable or unwilling to provide. Extremely Poor Service & Cancellation Nightmare…read more This company has been a headache from the start. When we first signed up, we were supposed to receive 4 bottles per delivery. Over time, the delivery drivers started leaving extra bottles without permission--meaning extra charges I never agreed to. Within a few months I somehow ended up with 6 bottles. I eventually canceled the delivery service completely, kept the fridge unit, and we refilled the bottles ourselves. Fast-forward to this month: we installed a home filtration system and I called on Nov. 14 to fully cancel the account and schedule a pickup. I was told cancellation would take 10 business days and the pickup date would be Nov. 24. Then on Nov. 17, someone randomly showed up to pick everything up with no call, no notice, nothing. We weren't home, so they took the 6 jugs but obviously couldn't access the cooler inside. Frustrating, but I called and was told it was "because they were in the area." Fine. I was still told the official pickup would be Nov. 24. Today, Nov. 24, I set the cooler out early on the patio to make sure they could grab it. By 1pm, no one had come by. I called again, and was told the driver "missed the pickup" or was running late--so the next pickup is now Dec. 1. Again, no call, no update, nothing. And when I asked about dropping it off myself, I was told it takes 24-48 hours just to put in the request... unreal. This entire process has been unprofessional, disorganized, and unnecessarily difficult. From being overcharged with unapproved extra bottles to the endless runaround just to return their own equipment, it has been one problem after another. I genuinely regret signing up with this company and will be sharing my experience so others know what they're getting into. No customer should have to fight this hard to simply cancel a service and return equipment.

Being spoiled by the great tap water in California, we now had to set to, and find a system for our new home here. We had chatted to a few companies, but they were lackluster at best, saying they had "great machines and service," but not really telling us anything. We tracked down High Pur Water Express after tasting the noticeably incredible water from an installation they had provided at a local breakfast place. Rick, the owner, was super responsive, extremely informative (as newbie purifier folks, we had a lot of major and a lot of minor questions), and a font of great information regarding the system as a whole. Service was a pleasure, from front office interactions to personal follow ups with Rick, who kept track of times and plumber quotes, and got us up and running with a full system, adding a loop installation, and including hook up to our fridge/ice maker, as well as an additional standalone hot and cold cooler, faster than we expected. The plumber he connected us with was extremely fast, efficient and neat. Rick is passionate and knowledgeable about the water system, and enjoys explaining the intricacies and benefits of the various choices, and it shows in his customer interactions!
