This past Saturday my truck broke down and I reached out to AZ mobile to have them come out and work on my truck the kid Jordan came out around 5:30 that day to do a diagnostic check and all he did was open the door look at the park get back in his truck to pretend as he was calling someone tells me I need to give him $700 cash to get the parts and everything me needing my truck to be fixed gave him the money $600 of it he didn't told me it'd be Tuesday he'll be working on it come Tuesday I didn't get a call or text or anything or an invoice of the money that I gave him I called and they said they have to order the part and I understood that they didn't told me the health department by Wednesday and start work on Thursday I called Wednesday to confirm if they got the part and to confirm for Thursday morning at 6:30 as they have told me I didn't talk to a lady and said yes everything is confirmed come Thursday morning no Jordan no text no call no nothing when I did get a hold of them they then proceeded to tell me that they have got the wrong part and they need to send it back and get a new one so I start asking questions about what's going on then my ex-wife contacted me telling me she read the reviews on AZ mobile and all the clients they help would not satisfied with their performance and how they said that AZ mobile mechanic are rip off and scam I didn't proceed it to ask them can I get my refund back they didn't tell me that I'm only getting 40% of the $600 back and that they're charging me and restocking fee and I was like confused like how am I getting charged for something that you messed up on long story short I contacted a lawyer he sent a letter here to them through an email asking them and telling them that the restocking fee is ridiculous that me his client was willing to pay the diagnostic fee and will be going to small claims court please do not trust these people they are scammers and real people off my biggest regret I should have read the reviews before I jumped into getting their services I posted text messages and there's a picture of Jordan please note also I believe it's just Jordan and his girlfriend that running the whole operation and their thing is to come and get people money as for cash in hand and not give good services or don't even give services at all please beware

The $175 was handed in cash. This is the $537 for the starter install

Marcus greeted us & took some information & told us that we could wait inside & help ourselves to coffee while we waited. Honestly never found coffee but they did have a cooler with the employee lunches in it. (Don't think that's the best place for the guys to store their lunch, but then I don't work there) There ended up being 2 other people in the waiting area, a gentleman that was with the before mentioned vehicle & a lady that walked in right after us. The waiting area was so cold that the lady grabbed a chair & went outside where it's warmer. Yes, this is Arizona but the weather made a huge drop from triple digits to low 80's so the a/c was overkill. Marcus did mention checking out their website so it saved us $25 off our oil change! Thanks for the tip. Not bad, but not great either. Maybe consider updating your seating area to accommodate your customers.

Did not have guys that know how to work the computer. Place was dirty. Came in once at 6. They close at 7. Only one guy staffed. Said he couldn't do any work because he's not allowed to work alone. Came back next day. Only 2 guys. Took 30 min to figure how to get approval. Had to call boss. Took an hour to get it done. Couldn't rotate tires. Said only boss can do that. One customer came and left. Did not have the filter. Probably can't survive with this kind of staff and service. Too bad. Guys were friendly and nice. Just not efficient. Used to fast clean and efficient. Not this time. Previous experiences were 5 star. Was clean. Fast. Efficient. Maybe just a bad day or two. Hope they can get back to being great.

No More Dealership Service for My Truck I was driving down…read moreI-17 at 75 mph when my well-maintained 2016 Silverado suddenly lost power -- I lost steering control, braking became difficult, the wipers turned on by themselves, and several LED alerts started flashing. It was a scary experience! O'Reilly Auto Parts ran a diagnostic scan and confirmed the battery was fine, suggesting it might be the alternator, but they recommended I go to a Chevy dealership for a more advanced diagnosis. I went to Midway Chevy, and the service advisor immediately said I needed a new battery. I wasn't confident in that quick assessment and asked for a full inspection, but they said it could take up to two days just to look at it -- and several more days for repairs. That meant a week of car rental costs and a huge bill! So, I decided to find a local shop and had my truck towed to Wilhelm Automotive in Anthem, AZ. Best decision ever. The next morning, Wilhelm's team ran a thorough diagnostic and found the real issue -- a wiring problem between the engine and the battery. They fixed it the same day, in just a few hours, and at a very reasonable price. My Service Advisor, Kyle Long, even arranged and paid for an Uber to pick me up at home so I could get back to my truck. From start to finish, the service was professional, transparent, and refreshingly honest. The certified techs clearly know what they're doing, their equipment is state-of-the-art, and their customer care is second to none. No upselling, no unnecessary repairs -- just integrity and quality work. Wilhelm Automotive has definitely earned my trust. With their nearly 1,000 five-star reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one who feels this way. They're now my go-to shop for all future service and repairs -- no more dealership visits for me!

I brought my truck here for transmission . They did a horrible job. Got the truck back after 6…read moreweeks and it was not shifting correctly, it was going into limp mode, un-drivable and also leaking transmission fluid badly. Long story short I took the truck back in several times trying to correct the problems, each time it was there for weeks at a time and they shipped the truck off to some other location each time as well and would not tell me where it was. each time it came back with new scratches, filthy inside and still not correctly fixed. They kept telling me how "complicated" this transmission was and claiming that the TCM was no good and supposedly replaced that a few times claiming each time they received a bad part again....it was an absurd nightmare. finally they seemed to have it fixed, it lasted about a month then started slipping again pretty frequently, since the check engine light was not coming on I was told there was nothing wrong and to "just drive it like that" I did not want to take it in again so I did just drive it like that for almost 3 years slipping between 3rd and 4th consistently. It finally fully broke again. It was still under their warranty but my experience with them was so bad and I was so tired of not having a correctly working transmission that I went out of pocket and payed another shop to do the work (cost me $7200) somehow the new place was able to do the work in less than a week , replaced the broken transmission and all components and everything works perfectly. Dealing with Anthem was a truly horrible experience, I do not know how this place can even be in business. Steve and his wife come off as friendly at first but the second anything goes wrong or you DARE to call and check in on your vehicle that has been there for weeks or months the shitty attitude shows up, dismissive , talk over you , dont listen, pretend to completely forget who you are...you name it. They should not own a business, they do not have integrity and should have never ever allowed me to go thru such an ordeal. I am glad it is over and will never go there again.
