I travel to the airport frequently for work. I also have a TON of luggage - equipment we use for presentations, laptops, white boards, heavy and odd shaped luggage. In the past I used those blue shuttles, but they were inconsistent and sometimes would have too many other passengers and not enough room for my luggage, on the way to and from the airport, which has caused me to lose flights, so... I asked around about private transportation, and a friend recommended AZ Elite. I wish I'd known about them sooner. He picks me up right on time, every time. He loads the luggage, and then makes sure he unloads it to the outside at the check-in, or to a porter, if I request it. He makes leaving for the airport a million times less stressful than it used to be. When I come home - if the flight is early, if the flight is late - he's always at the baggage carousel waiting. He loads up all of the baggage so I don't have to haul it out to the curb, which is one of the best parts of this service. I'm usually tired and stressed, but the calm of home that used to wash over me once I got to my house, now washes over me once I, and my stuff, are loaded into the car. Being met at the baggage claim by someone who is going to take care of everything, it's the best welcome home I can ask for. "We are a proud member of the Arizona Limo Association" says the website. Well I called the az limo association and they are NOT nor ever have been a member. (azlimousineassociation.com) Why would this company lie about being a member? Please do not use this company. So many others offer great customer service and are neither rude nor short with their paying customers. I will never use this service again. It was a nightmare! The car had a urine smell, we we asked about another car we were told to call another service. Once a liar always a liar. Chris runs this so called business out of his girlfriends house in mesa. His words not mine he has 2 kids with the same girl but will never marry her. Why would you even tell this to a stranger? Shady in life, shady in business. We have used AZ Elite several times now. I first discovered their service when my elderly mother needed help getting into downtown Phoenix since she is not comfortable navigating the freeways. She has had at least 2 different drivers, each one courteous and safe drivers (not like some taxi's who go speeding down the roads, weaving in and out of traffic). Both my mom and I used the service for another ride into downtown and my mom called them again this week for a ride into Scottsdale. Their vehicles are clean and they provide cold water with each ride. I HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone for any purpose. My mom and I had a very nice visit with Chris, the owner, on one of our rides. We were in a situation of facing the death of a loved one, and he was down to earth, very kind and compassionate, and easy to talk with. read more

After looking for a transportation/town car company for days (calling companies looking for them to answer their phone or return my call), I hit the jackpot when I called AZ Elite Transportation. They answered my call the first time I called, I booked my appointment with them, and from there I didn't have to think twice about it. I hired them for the day for my sisters wedding. They picked us up on time, accommodated all our requests and got us to the wedding safely. They have awesome customer service (nice tunes in the car, water for you, and lively staff that you can trust). I already have my next appointment scheduled with them. Just had a fabulous experience with this great company. Needed to meet guests flying into Sky Harbor from MN. Called and made arrangements with Chris (owner). The flight experienced multiple delays in departing MN last evening. Chris kept in constant touch and accommodated these changes without missing a stride. It turned out that he also was our driver. What a great guy, sociable, knowledgeable, professional with excellent communication skills. He arrived on time in an immaculate SUV and drove with great care. Had to write another review. I loved the service from our first experience with AZ Elite that I came back for more at Christmas season. I am just writing the review now as I was just reminded about how special the night was by my daughter. We have a Jr High foster daughter. For a special night, I arranged for limo pickup at her school for her and a friend. They looked like rock stars getting in! From the school, picked up the rest of the family and then out to dinner followed by Christmas Light touring. Our driver, Andrew, knew where the best spots were. Everyone loved the night. We Used a stretch limousine on NYE and had a wonderful experience. Our driver Benjamin showed up 15 minutes early so we didn't have to stress about them showing up. We were a lively group and he was attentive and courteous to all our requests. When we stopped for dinner we ran out of champagne so while we were eating Benjamin went to the store to get more for the remainder of the evening. It was simply perfection. At the end of the night a few of our ladies had a few too many as I'm sure you can imagine and Benjamin even walked them to the door to make sure they were safe.
