Their location, situated at the end of the strip, made finding parking a breeze. The staff was helpful in the selection process and came back to the table to ensure everyone was enjoying it. Even after we settled on a Boudreaux Blanc, the staff, hearing I wasn't the biggest fan of whites, came back to offer me a sample of a red he thought I may enjoy. He was 100% right. They have ample outdoor seating which we utilized this evening. Luckily this evening, the villages 4th of July festivities were also happening so we had some live music to enjoy as well. Finally, while they put together a tasty charcuterie board themselves, they also team up with other village establishments to offer more food options that can be delivered right to your table at Vintage 38. Tonight we needed something a little more so went with a pizza. It's a great option to enjoy a perfect evening in the Greendale village.

Both have different business plans. Spring City offers a way for you to try, sample, taste and drink a wide variety of wines that changes frequently. It is more about learning more about wines from all over the world. Other places, you simply order the wine and then find out you don't like it but are forced to finish it because you just paid $X for it. Here you pay by the ounce. 1, 2 or 3 ounces. It is set up as wine on tap with Aerators. Get a card with your credit card linked to it, read about the wines and start tasting. 75 different wines and varying prices. If you like what you are tasting, they will sell you bottles. If you don't like wines, they have a full bar as well. They also have a limited appetizer menu and nights with live music. Just a great spot to unwind with your significant other or with a larger group. Plenty of parking around the corner or up the street a bit. Anyone in their 30/40s will certainly recognize Brian from his days bar tending on water street and 2nd street haunts like Slims. This bar has ONE OF THE BEST selections of rotating specialty beer selections on tap in the city. Without the Water Street prices! She gave multiple dirty looks, while treating us as we were not welcome(all while ignoring us). We collectively ordered a round of espresso martinis (which previously was ordered and received a month-ish ago) and apparently that day they "don't have it on the menu". HOG was one of my favorite bars, prior to this horrid experience, I would always recommend HOG to visitors. Its ambience, location, prices and welcoming atmosphere were unmatched. However, if I walked in and saw that bartender, I would immediately leave.

Eric and Stephanie are a great duo behind the bar as they are both friendly and knowledgeable about their beers and wines.
