We met a few times in the months leading up to check in about my plans and for her to offer suggestions and guidance. All her recommendations were excellent, from timeline details to referring other vendors. She knows the Outdoor Art Club (a historic building) inside and out, so I was able to relax completely and not worry about their rules and requirements at all, trusting that Stacey had it covered. I made things more complicated by having our ceremony at a nearby park instead of OAC, but even with that added everything went absolutely perfectly. She also did an excellent job setting up all the decorations to make the room look gorgeous, and packing it all up for us at the end of the night, including a mail order Photo Booth that had to be packed just right back in its original box. She also had a number of decorations we could use (frames for signage, a card box, some candles, candelabras and votives, blankets for the ceremony) that were incredibly helpful. She had all the logistics and details covered, letting us and our families just enjoy the night and float through each different part without any worries! As the bride, I didn't think about anything but celebrating all night, and that is all thanks to Stacey's expertise. She also did our save the dates and invitations, as well as much of the signage for the wedding itself, and they were all beautiful. She really went above and beyond, including finding a specific font and actually creating some design elements herself that fit my vision, and I'm so appreciative!

Rosemary Events doesn't actually offer DOC, and after chatting with me and realizing that I didn't have the budget for a full Wedding planner, she graciously spent at least 30 minutes talking with me and giving me advice. I can't fully explain how helpful she was when she did not have to spend the time or energy helping me at all. She is obviously a true professional and a really kind person. If I had a budget that could even partially afford her services, I'd use her in a heartbeat!

They're not closely supervising so perhaps I wouldn't drop off a 5 year old. But you can chill and sit off to the side if you want your kids to play by themselves and explore. They have so many pieces organized by what it is: doors, people, boat hills, wings etc. you can also buy a Lego set here priced just a bit higher than jamazon I'm told. They can also host birthday parties and do camps. The facility is clean and cool with the fans blowing. No overdone AC here. I recommend it here. I'm a pretty hands-on, detail oriented person, but I feel I would have spiraled without Sarah. She's grounded and super helpful. I really appreciated our video calls and in-person venue walkthroughs. She took detailed notes about all our preferences and made sure the day-of was perfect. With her at the helm, I got to be a jellyfish and just float along and enjoy my wedding! I know people say you can't have a perfect wedding day, but I really felt like I did. I know that would not have been possible without Sarah and the A Touch of Grace team. We had 3 different venues, and setup/teardown needed at each. Sarah made sure to pickup everything we prepared a couple days ahead of the wedding, and dropped off everything after so we didn't have to worry. Logistically it was quite difficult, but I don't think I thought about any of that the day of. Sarah and her team also styled the detail items I prepared so beautifully too. We said florals and photographers weren't the highest priority and low budget but somehow she came through w/ amazing flors for 2k and a 10hr photographer for 3k. We had a DJ, 2 sites (city hall and a country club), and constant communication, and threw a hell of a wedding for 50k in the Bay Area!!! Sarah can work with you however you want. If you want to be super involved she'll meet with you and work with you to find ideas and things to execute. If you want her to drive the planning, she'll have entire timelines and vendors made and lined up and you barely have to lift a finger. If I had to plan a wedding again I would choose her in a heartbeat. Additionally, we are both Chinese and wanted some Asian aspects (including a tea ceremony) in our wedding as well. The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day.
