We were flat-out refused service because we couldn't pay upfront. No attempt to help, no willingness to bill, no discussion of options -- just "no payment, no service." That was it. No empathy, no humanity, nothing. This is healthcare. Or at least it's supposed to be. But what we experienced was the complete opposite. In a moment where kindness could have made a difference, ARA chose cruelty. It is deeply disturbing that a facility entrusted with patient care operates this way. People are not just accounts or dollar signs -- especially when they are disabled and grieving. If you are looking for compassionate care, do not go here. This was one of the most dehumanizing experiences I have ever had.

Though she is non-verbal, they thoughtfully changed the TV channel to something entertaining for her. I was so impressed by the care, concern, and compassion they showed my granddaughter. Their actions turned what could have been a stressful visit into a moment of kindness and comfort. Kudos to Ms. Jessica and Ms. Amanda for their outstanding compassion and professionalism. I hadn't walked my dogs in months due to the pain. It's been 2-3 weeks since my first visit to Dr. McReynold's and in those weeks I have gotten my business back up and running as well as my household and my life. I have an occasional day here and there where I have some pain, but it's much less severe and it does go away after a while. I have also lost 2 lbs after being hopelessly stuck for years. I am eating healthier and my overall mood is so much improved. After years of suffering, I finally feel like I have my life back! I like several things about Dr. McReynolds. For me, she has prescribed food/nourishment instead of medication. The Green smoothies and supplements I am taking are helping to reduce the chronic inflammation I was suffering from. I was in pretty severe pain from my lower back all the way down to the bottoms of my feet. The pain was impacting my ability to stand, walk and work out. After one visit for Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) with Dr. McReynolds, I found relief. I am always excited for my next session with her because I can actually feel the bone structure realigning. Dr. McReynolds was also able to help me tweak my diet to meet my weight loss goals, which is no small feat. From the moment I arrived here, the experience was completely different in the best way possible. I was taken to the back in a timely manner, within 15 minutes of arriving, which was a stark contrast to other emergency rooms where I've waited hours, even while struggling to breathe! The receptionist immediately recognized the urgency of my situation, brought a nurse out to assess me, and ensured my emotional response was met with compassion and I was taken back quickly. Every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They listened carefully to my symptoms without rushing or dismissing my concerns, which is unfortunately something I've experienced elsewhere. I never felt like I was just another patient being pushed through a system. Instead, I felt heard and treated like a person who truly mattered. Within a short amount of time, they were able to properly evaluate, diagnose, and begin relieving my symptoms. Their efficiency, combined with their thoroughness, made a huge difference in my care and comfort. This clinic also offers testing capabilities that many other facilities do not and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, which is incredibly helpful. Dr. Valentini was especially helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Their website has a lot of info about the billing process as well. -They are flexible and will work with you to negotiate your dues to get the accounts closed out. I was stressing about the bills but their super nice billing lady helped us out. -Open 24/7. I looked at other options that were technically deemed in-network for my insurance plan and some were closed on Sunday. One of our visits was on Easter too. Why even bother with another ER when this place will bill in-network anyway? -Amazing nurses and doctors. Everyone is really nice and patient and takes great care of you. We've been there 3 times since November. Twice for my little guy (he was 1 during our first visit). Nurses and doctors were so nice and patient with him (and he definitely screamed a lot). -It's never crowded or full of sickly people. Not sure if that's a sign they don't have enough business though? Additionally, she did not record her unprofessional behavior after she became angry and walked out. Although she may be an excellent doctor, her bedside manner leaves much to be desired.
