As a new resident to California, I wanted to ensure that the first place of residence would meet all of my expectations; Axis 2300 has definitely done that. Each unit has 12ft ceilings, recess lighting, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a washer/dryer. All of those features just solidified my decision to live here. The application process was pretty straightforward and smooth as possible. The leasing team, Amy and Tanner, was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entirety of the process. They were super friendly, professional, and ensured all your questions were answered. Tanner was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule and provide a tour of the property. The complex includes common areas like the pool/hot tub, gym, office spaces and an entertainment room which are well maintained. What I love about the location of Axis is that it's just a few minutes away from places like John Wayne Airport, UCI, and Newport Beach. There's always something to do nearby within a 5-10 mile radius. Overall, I am super grateful to call Axis my first place of residence in Cali. Huge shout out to the leasing team (Amy and Tanner) and the maintenance team (Felix and Joel) for all of their help!

Location is great, love love love being by the airport and close to so much in this area of Irvine. Axis is a cool community, feels pretty safe and secure. I like how clean it is and that the office has snacks for my daughter :) Neighbors are cool, the pool is nice..Highly recommend this community because these apartments are HUGE! The closets are ginormous and the high ceilings make it look bigger. Happy

I just moved in to this awesome beautiful apartment a week ago. Finally I have some time to write my genuine thought about this apartment. The management team: The altitude of the property management team is the first thing I will consider. But it's hard to tell if a management team is professional straight from their website. So review is very important to reflex good or bad of a property management team. Based on my experience, axis2300's management team is super responsive and helpful. They guided me through entire application process and provide adequate support. I drove a U-haul from Bay Area to Irvine for about 7 hours and when I finally arrived to the apartment, I felt exhausted and tired. The management team gave me the warmest welcome which makes me felt like being home. Region: The apartment located in a very nice neighborhood which I believe is called Irvine business complex, it is a region mixed business corporations, nice apartments and countless restaurants. Axis2300 is located in a not so busy street, therefore, You won't hear any noise from the street. There are plenty of supermarket around the apartment, such is Walmart, h-mart, Costco. Apartment: The apartment is gorgeous. I love the swimming pool the most. It has clear water and good length that you can do some nice laps. The gym is ok not so impressive. You will also have entertainment room and multiple outdoor grillers you can use. The apartment I live in now is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a dent room. The apartment is huge (compare to the equivalent apartment I live at Bay Area, yeah it is huge) In conclusion, I recommend this apartment to you guys due to its professional management team, nice location and great value of apartment.

Stained floors in elevators

Read all reviews! There is a clear pattern of incompetence with AMC livings management. New manager Ashley refused to speak to me over the phone only by email. Now she's not responding to my emails. When I discussed the terms of my leaving the community, the manager smugly said they will have no problem filling it. But if you look at availability people are fleeing the community due to poor management. Also if you do decide to tour the property count the number of guest spots. Shouldn't take you more than 60 seconds, it's that bad. In one day I saw urine, feces and trash on the ground. See pictures. 1 of 2 elevators are commonly broken meaning long wait times for the one that is working. All these attached pictures were taken on the same day. If you do make the mistake of moving in here I would suggest never sleeping with the windows open. Besides the loud neighbors walking the halls late at night you will be woken up early by the planes at the airport and if the winds are right your apartment will be filled with jet fuel fumes. I wouldn't trust management to run a lemonade stand after the way they've handled my account. Worst experience living in a apartment in over 20 years.

It would be great to see one designated as adults only. The dog park looks like a great feature for those with social dogs. Ours is a bit older and not quite as enthusiastic about the younger crowd, but it is still a nice amenity to have. That said, the best part of this complex is the leadership, especially Johnny, the General Manager. Well-run properties always have strong leadership behind them, and that is very evident here. When we moved in, Johnny personally made sure everything was taken care of, from small adjustments to the overall move-in experience. Greystar is fortunate to have someone like him leading the property. If you are considering living here, I would absolutely recommend it. My wife and I have been very happy with our experience.

As a newer community, they're still working out some kinks, but we're excited to see the property continue to evolve. One thing we didn't fully anticipate is that the area isn't quite as walkable or bike-friendly as we had hoped yet, so we're really looking forward to the retail development being expedited so residents can have closer access to fun hangouts, shopping, and food options. We'd also love to see more community-building and social events to help residents connect and meet each other. It could even be great to have some kind of message board or community feature in the resident portal for informal meetups, recommendations, or local events. Overall, it's been a great experience and we're excited to see the community continue to grow.

I'm really conflicted writing this because my boyfriend and I actually like our apartment and the…read moreoverall vibe here, but the amount of misinformation we've dealt with in just 4 months is honestly unacceptable. When we were apartment hunting, a huge selling point was being told that each leaseholder would get 7 guest parking permits a month. It sounded like a decent plus to the nightmare parking situation (virtually no guest spots or street parking in general; $150/month for an extra parking spot with a year-long waitlist). Instead, we found out the leasing agent completely LIED to us--it's actually 7 permits PER household, not PER person. I know we did not mishear this during the leasing process and that we were explicitly told we would receive 21 permits in total for the 3 leaseholders we had for our unit. When I brought this up, management admitted we were lied to, but they didn't even offer a single solution or credit for the $10-per-pass fee we're now stuck with. It feels like they'll say anything just to get a lease signed. The lack of communication between the office and security is just as frustrating. I've been kicked out of the "24-hour" business center TWICE by security because they weren't told the correct hours. I actually had to email a leasing agent myself and show the security guard the email on my phone just so she'd believe me--and even then, she took a photo of it like she still didn't trust me. It shouldn't be the resident's job to train the building's security on their own amenities! On top of that, we've already had to re-sign our entire lease two months after moving in because the office messed up the numbers on the original documents. While the unit itself is modern and I appreciate the gym and the package lockers, the "unseen"parts of living here are exhausting. The fire alarms go off at 3 AM for no reason, the power has flickered out multiple times, and it took around a week to get a working microwave when ours died. I still have 11 months left on my lease, and I'm genuinely worried about what else was a lie or what else will break. I'm mostly upset that they admitted we were lied to by their agent and took no action to make it right with us. If you're looking to move here, I'd suggest getting every single promise in writing, because their verbal word doesn't seem to be honest. I will keep this updated.

Living alone as a young girl I was very worried about feeling safe, but I'm happy to share that I have never once felt unsafe at One Uptown. Their amenities and staff were all 5 stars. Maintenance teams were professional and timely. Seriously could not have asked for a better experience. I never once had a noise complaint or any issues which is incredible given that I work from home! All neighbors have been kind and kept to themselves. It was a dream experience, especially coming from an Irvine property previously! I've recommended a lot of my friends move here since it's been so pleasant. Would highly recommend!! Also leasing agent Cameron helped me from start to finish finding the best apartment he was so awesome!!

Lived here for 5 years - the only reason I stayed was because its 2 minutes from my office. The place is poorly built and clearly made of paper Mache. In my years here, the fire alarms would go off all the time, the golf simulator was broken 90% of the time and the gym burned down and it took about 10 months to get in gym, with no rent credit or any remedy. Upon move-out, they charged me for the most absurd fees after full consumption of my security deposit. I would NOT recommend living here unless you like way overpaying for a cheap build and a shoebox. The pool was nice thats, the only reason its getting a 2/5.

I lived here from 2019-2025 and I absolutely loved it. Staff was amazing Shout out to Ruth who…read moreunfortunately no longer works in the office. I initially lived in one of the outer apartments right next to the garages/dumpsters, but moved to an upstairs unit that was in the middle of the complex, Unit J1. Highly recommend both upstairs and middle complex because of the foot traffic and garages opening and closing. The walls are thin, that's just apartment living. Luckily I got one neighbor who was never home and my downstairs neighbor didn't mind my clogging practice. Really convenient having both in unit washer and dryers and multiple laundromats around. I never had an issue if I wanted to wash my duvet, the were never full. They also have a filtered water bottle filling station in the laundromat over by J1. Not sure if they have them in the others in the complex. (you're welcome). Sometimes I drive by just to reminisce on old times. The only small issue I had was with my deposit. When I moved out they tried to charge me for a cleaning fee, but I left my place spotless. Management companies in CA can charge a cleaning fee, but only to restore the unit to the same level of cleanliness it was in at the start of your tenancy. They cant cover "ordinary wear and tear". I ended up getting it refunded no problem, but just something to watch for.
