I've used the axiom printing just once as the other printing place that I usually use wab closed for some reason. The printing quality is good. $ stars because they promised to have my order ready for 6 o'clock but when I went there they told me to wait for another hour. Besides there office looked untidy, there were boxe everywhere. Another thing that shocked me while I was waiting two of the employees left the office and when the receptionist told them "goodbye" they did not even respond. Seems the personnel is rude to each other. Btw, the receptionist was the only person who smiled there and she even offered coffee to us. read more

I first discovered Axiom when I was working at my first job. With the constant complaints and changes my boss had me convey to Axiom, I thought Axiom would get tired with the company I was working with. But they didn't and were actually very patient and professional. When we didn't like something, they would reprint for us for no charge. Now that I am no longer working with my old company, I went back to them for personal printing. Because I paint digitally and made prints of them, I needed the colors and quality to be perfect. I mainly print 11x17 in and 24x36in posters from Axiom. From time to time the colors would be off or it would be too dark. But that happens at every printing place and is understandable. They allowed me to come into their office for me to see them print samples until the colors or lighting was correct. They also don't charge to cut off the bleeds. I WOULD take out one star mainly because twice when I came to pick up my prints they had forgotten to print some of the images and I had to wait an extra 60 mins. Just would be nice if they made sure everything was printed before telling me that it was ready for pick up. And also one time I had specifically indicated in my email that the files I provided had bleeds on them and to make sure that that was cut off; they didn't cut them off. Mainly if they had just read my emails carefully these mistakes wouldn't have happened. I told them about this and they were very understanding so I gave them back a star lol Overall, great quality prints. I have yet tapped into their other offers but I know they can print any size posters with guaranteed LOWER PRICES than their competitors, they can print on fabric posters, they can make booklets, vinyl stickers, plastic business cards etc. Easy people to work with and no matter what will try to understand your needs. I worked with these guys once and they did quality printing. My second attempt i walk in to get a quote for another item, and the guy that initially helped me wasn't available to help me cuz he was outside on the phone. i waited 15 mins then told someone to ask if he can come help me, they went told him and i waited 10 more mins he didn't come thru to help. The receptionist saw and knew what i was waiting for and no one wanted to approach and help. So i decided to email them for a quote, they got back to me the same day later tho and gave me a quote. I asked for adjustments and no one has contacted me for the last 3 days. Quality is good, customer service sucks. so this why i am giving them 3 stars. They need to be on top of customers that walk in. Im building a big brand and thought they were good, but i will be taking my business somewhere else. I first contacted Axiom via email on a Friday and Issa got back to me the next day and then I also received a phone call by him the same day. I needed a nice cover page printed in color and in a nice card stock paper for my dads program. I came in on a Monday because they are closed on Sundays to show Issa what my vision was. I had some last minute changes and Issa and Zury (She sents out the proof before printing) were very accommodating and didn't rush me at all. I had questions and Issa reassured me it would look great. It's now Tuesday and everything is done! It looks fantastic!!!! It was finished early and customer service is great too. These two men were unable to shake a woman's hand. When I walked in to pick up and pay for my order they both eagerly shook my husbands hand and turned to me in offended confusion when I attempted to shake their hands. I'm not sure which country they are from but it is one where women apparently should not be touched. I'm curious why that is... Sinful? Unclean? Against religion? I had to call them three times to get them to send my invoice so that I would know what price to expect when I arrived to pay. They would not take me or my order seriously. They also seemed surprised that I was the one paying, not my husband. The image quality is muddy and does not look as bright as my originals. The template they offer on line that I worked with to format the images is misleading. When the graphic designer, himself started working on their own template- he got confused about the layout dimensions and had to redo the work. Since these two men apparently only wish to do business with half the country, I will not be bringing my many other projects to them. I would rather work with people who consider me an equal in society- who can shake my hand and accept my money without discomfort. I can not say I wish them or their business well, but I do hope they find a way to come to terms with their very confused and unfortunate notions of male/female roles in modern day American society. I hope they can evolve and mature into this century. If you are a woman, I'd find somewhere else to do business. If you are a man who respects women, I'd ask you to to do us all a favor and find more open-minded people to work with. read more

Although my job is based in Santa Monica, I decided to go with Axiom Designs in Glendale because of their strong yelp reviews, their price, and Gary's willingness to understand my project on my first initial call to him. I had a very confusing acrylic banner I needed to print for a TV show shoot, big and frosted with a tough logo. I needed it done in 24 hours and it had to be done right the first time. I went to Axiom for my custom graphics while I was in grad school for architecture (SCI-Arc). The items ordered were (6x) 20"x36"transparent sticky back sheets with custom graphics.
