The Young Man Corbin Was Very Helpful In Helping Me Find A Good Car Based On My Credit & Was Very Patient With Going Over Everything.

Id give 0000 stars if there was a option I purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership, and I quickly discovered an issue with the mileage. The odometer has been stuck at the same mileage since the day I bought the truck, which seems like it has a mileage blocker. I reached out to the dealership to address the problem and tried to work out a solution, such as trading into another truck, but they refused to take any action. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I would strongly advise staying away from this dealership. read more

I hope and pray these guys will step up and do what they promised. So far, we have several issues that have not been resolved with the car. To their credit, they did fix the windshield, but there are still several major issues they have not addressed. The worst issue involves registration. i went to the DMV to register the car and was told they could not because of some sort of issue with the title and the credit union that held the loan prior to us buying the car. We were told the title was being over nighted to the Boise store today but not sure this is going to fix the issue. The dealer needs to take care of this right away because the temp tags have expired and they dont seem to care. We were told at the dealership that we should go ahead and drive the car and if we got a ticket, to take it to the store and they would pay for it. The dumbest thing i have ever heard. Update We just talked to our sales person Frank there and also talked with JR about this. They both reiterated to us that we should go ahead and continue to drive the Mazda on expired tags. Crazy Cr@cking smoking prices 11,000 for a 12 year old Honda civic with 143k miles is literally insane

ZERO stars. This place sold my son a truck on 9/19/24 and it broke down on his 21st bday on 10/17/24. He had it towed back to them, and they supposedly fixed it after keeping it for two weeks, and then when he went to get it, they said it was going to be $2,000.00 and they won't accept payments. After I called and complained they let him take it if he pays it in full in two days, and he drove away, and IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN. The shadiest place in Boise. DO NOT GO THERE. read more

I had bad luck with the Axio Automotive dealerships in Utah, but when I saw that the one in Boise had a car I really wanted, I decided to give it a shot. I worked with Ruben, and he was fantastic! Answered all my questions, provided pictures, gave me info on what the service department said about the car (it is a 1999 so 25 years old, bound to have some issues). We did it all via text. I made an offer which included having their service department make some repairs (MUCH less expensive than having them done in Utah), and flew up there to drive the car back. Yep, I NEVER test drove it, but I was so confident that Ruben and his service department were being honest, that I took the chance. I drove it back to Clearfield, UT with ZERO issues. I would definitely go there again. I recommend they downplay the Axio management as much as possible though since Axio in Utah kinda sucks. read more

If I could I'd give them no stars but I have to give one to leave a review I bought a car from axio that supposedly had zero problems back in September. Now with that being said I did the basic maintenance like an oil change which the car had zero oil and corroded spark plugs which shortly afterwards my engine seized they had me bring the car back to them and said it was seized as I already knew as I work at a mechanic shop, and to top it off they tried charging me 5,500$ for a new engine that's not even 1,700$ honestly stay away from them they were even going around the cars in the service lot trying to sell people them!! They also begged me over and over to leave a good review the same day I bought the car without giving me time to see if the car was actually decent! read more

Dealership is not what they claim as they let me have car that was never approved by bank as car broke down an hour after o drove it off lot as now they want to charge me for repairs that salesman is responsible for car leaving lot when it shouldn't.
