The job included 40 tall blighted-pines in a tight heavily weeded cluster (mature pines towering 60-70 feet high with trunks at much as 24 inches in diameter). Travis and his 4 man team cleared all 60+ the trees, stump ground all the stumps and graded and smoothed the area as though there were never any trees there! Travis has built a business he can be proud of! I can't offer a higher recommendation. He will be my tree service company (and my friends and family's) from now on. I will attempt to share some images of his team and their work. Thanks Travis!

We had a third of our tree split off and fall into our fence & parking spot after a storm hit. Gerald came and removed all of the fallen branches, and took down any others still attached to the tree that were unsafe. Although we had originally talked about removing the entire tree, Gerald did a risk assessment and determined that we could keep it up if we 'cable wrapped it' (don't quote me, I'm not the expert) or he could take down the rest. Even though if we chose the first option, he wouldn't get paid for the additional work of taking it down! We are still deciding whether we'll take it down or leave it up, but we will not hesitate to reach out to Gerald if we need more work done! His prices were very fair and the quality of the work was great. Would recommend! Also just a great guy and fun to chat with!

It all started great and I was asked to pay most of the balance even though the work wasn't finished. The last few texts didn't even get an answer. I don't usually leave bad reviews for hardworking people, but the total lack of professionalism and communication is quite infuriating.

They also protected my yard and weedy lawn from potential tire damage from the truck & chipper equipment, which was a nice perk, I thought, having had my yard turned into a not-quite-grand canyon from other contractors. They were polite, had all the tools necessary, didn't screw around and didn't fuss or whine (some contractors do). Cleaned up nicely when the job was done. A slightly pricey price, but I definitely got what I paid for. Would hire again.

For the 30 years we've lived in this house we've been meticulous about having our trees serviced,…read moreespecially to preserve the view of our property from the street and for the foliage to shade the front of the house and provide wonderful foliage to provide privacy. We had a wonderful tree company who understood want we wanted and preserved it. I also spent those years shaping a small tree near the locust in front so it had a flow toward the sidwalk. With the owner retiring and moving from Pgh I needed someone equally sensitive to tend to our trees. A while ago I saw Don Mason doing work for one of the fancy houses up the street. I asked him for an estimate and told him what we wanted. He said he understood perfectly. His estimate seemed reasonable. A few weeks ago he and his crew came. I greeted him and left him to his work. I was still on the first floor when I saw this huge nexus of limbs and foliage drop. I dashed out and saw the damage. I reminded him about keeping all of that. He looked at our front and said something like "I see", followed by "my bad". He left the stump of what remained saying locusts grow quickly. He was supposed to trim the smaller tree to the shape I'd created, but left suckers sticking up here and there. I let him work in the back, but found he didn't take out all the dead wood. Then he had the additional gall to send us a huge bill. in 5 minutes, he effectlively ruined 30 years of keeping our property and house enjoyable. When we come home now it's like a punch in the gut. The front looks crummy. And so do the views from the within our house. On top of that, our bedroom in the front no longer has shade, so the sun comes blazing in and the heat is now so high we have to have the A/C on longer and more frequently. If I could give minus stars I would.
