The place seems pretty new and has cool modern industrial lighting. That said I found the bathrooms quite dirty. The staff was not very personable. And although they did their part in explaining the technique, they could have brought more energy, as we all came in pretty excited to try something new and different. We probably spent a few hours there and they did some game score keeping after we practiced for a bit. Then they left to go count up the points and it seemed like forever before they came back. I think it's still a fun event and they have clubs if you're right into it, but I just think the staff could make it more enjoyable if they showed more energy.

We had hoped they would accommodate a tiny wedding, and they did not disappoint. Everything from the first email, to the subsequent visits, has been over the top amazing. I had considered waiting to write this until our event was completed, but honestly, you neeed to know about this place. It is so posh and perfect, everyone who works there is on fire to make your experience amazing. Entering the gate into the estate sets the tone for the experience you are about to have. We came to tour the estate, brilliant experience, they have every single tiny detail perfected. Our engagement photos followed by some drinks in the beautiful Opal dining room? The photos are stunning, and we were so touched that a server we had not met yet congratulated us on our upcoming wedding. We are probably not this venue's typical clientele, but we have been treated like royalty since our very first contact. If you are ever so lucky as to have the chance to work with Trevor, jump on that opportunity. He is so amazing at what he does and takes care of all the little details you might not have even considered, which just adds to the magic of this place. If you are looking to be pampered and spoiled, or perhaps a little getaway, you won't find a better place to go in Alberta.

Our family had a lovely horse drawn sleigh ride experience in Alberta here near Kananaskis outside…read morethe Banff area. The ride is about 30 minutes but went by quickly - we were given two blankets each one to sit on to stay warm and a second to cover us up. You can for easily 4 adults across in a row (maybe 6 rows?) - very charming and peaceful ride into the snowy woods! When we returned we had hot coffee and hot chocolates waiting for us! Definitely a must for any families or couples!

They assigned us to our horses and gave us instructions on how to direct our horses and hold the reigns. I'm a first time horse rider and was nervous, but once we started I got more comfortable and enjoyed it! The trail was a little muddy and goes up and down hills but it's amazing to see what these horses can do. The views were breathtaking and the weather was perfect. Chloe, our leader on the ride, was great. I appreciated that she made sure to have us stop for photos. I would definitely come back. Your butt might be sore afterwards :)

When I pulled up and saw the circular hall, it all became clear! Spacious and well-kept, the hall is in good shape and looks to be home to a hub of different activities, like the Rhythm Cafe-live drumming and music the last Friday of every month. I like the circular setup of this hall better than your typical rectangular halls. It made for a good view of the stage from almost any angle. Acoustics for the show were clear, although I'm not sure if the hall came with a sound system or not. At any rate, it's a nice little spot for community events down in Inglewood.
