Empty snack bar

My kids love to come here! However we ordered tickets online but still had to wait 20 minutes in line with on cashier working. Once we got in I waited at the snack counter for over 20 minutes for someone to come help me, I even went back to the front desk and nobody was there. I'm still sitting here waiting to get drinks and snacks. I'm not impressed at all. I'm here for the Neon lights Friday night jump from 9-12am. Other than that, the facility is super big and quite cool.

This is the awesome selfie chair

The check in people are lazy and unprofessional. One of them kept rolling his eyes and ignored people in line.

Worst check in system ever. Each cashier is taking 5 minutes to get a family in. One cashier does not know what she is doing. Good grief:(

Insane prices to jump on a maintenance free trampoline. Stupid expensive. Fun, but way too much for what you are doing.

Review Highlights - Flying Squirrel

It was a little confusing despite the large signs they have up in the entry and the staff were a little less than helpful.

During a child's birthday party today, a mother who uses a wheelchair was told by staff that mobility devices are not permitted inside the play area, comparing her wheelchair to a stroller. After moving through the facility without incident earlier in the day, she was suddenly stopped and told she could not enter. She asked to speak with management. Dana came out and told the mother that this was true and that corporate policy states that wheelchairs are not allowed in the play area. When the mother pushed back on this policy as a violation of human rights (which it is), the manager (Dana) told the mother that she was allowed in but that her wheelchair wasn't allowed. After more discussion the manager let her know she could only re-enter to collect her child after wiping down her wheels. When she asked for assistance due to her disability, the manager responded, "We aren't your maids," and escalated the situation by claiming she (the manager) was being discriminated against as an Asian Canadian. Multiple witnesses confirmed the exchange, and the manager later reiterated the claim, describing it as a corporate policy to bar wheelchairs from the facility--even for parents supervising children. This is a clear violation of basic principles of accessibility and human rights law in Alberta and Canada more broadly. I encouraged the mother to report this to the Human Rights Commission of Alberta (and provided her resources). I hope that an investigation follows

This is a great place for kids! The charge per kid is only $10, which is an excellent deal. Many…read moreother places charge 50-100% more, and because of that we avoid them. It's a new facility, so the equipment is new and in great condition. There are many different play structures for kids to have fun on; both my three year old and my seven year old can easily spend more than two hours there without getting bored. There are really only two negatives I can think of. One, the price of some food is a bit high. Not outrageous mind you, but $24 is a bit on the high side for a large pepperoni pizza and two drinks. Thankfully the drink refills are free. They have a variety of items, so you can pick what your budget allows. The second negative is the arcade. It has all new games, but yikes, they are expensive. We spent $10 on a game card, got 24 tokens, and blew threw them in less ten minutes. Most of the games are six or eight tokens - a few are four - so your token credits go fast. And the games are over in a matter of seconds. One in particular drops a single ball, costs six or eight tokens, and it's over in about five seconds. Their arcade should have more games that are less expensive and last longer for kids to play. The tickets you earn on games are tracked digitally - that's slick, no waste - and can be exchanged for your typical cheap trinkets. But the kids have fun "shopping" with their tickets, so it's fun for them. Despite the two complaits above, I'd still highly recommend this place to anyone with kids who's looking for an affordable way to entertain them for hours.

The admission price was great. About $13 for children and we arrived at 7pm and received 10% off! That was an added bonus. The jungle theme of the playground is fun! I noticed at least 8 private party rooms. Separate toddler areas looked fun! The food selection was great! We had juice boxes $1, fruit salad $7 (fresh! Not canned) and tea $3.50. I noticed people around me having pizza, fries, poutine and sandwiches. It all looked delicious. But the best part was the actual playground. Right off the bat I noticed this massive climbing wall (soft walled, trampoline like fabric) with a huge slide! It looked very exciting. The kids just flew down that slide. It reminded me of my childhood. The ball pit had a tube that kids put balls in and it sucked the balls up to a bucket above their heads. Then after awhile the bucket dumps the balls on the kids. My daughter thought this was hilarious. We are looking forward to spending many hours here during our cold winter! Perfect Friday night.

They wouldnt allow some of our family members in to celebrate our daughters 7th birthday because the two 15 year old employees couldn't figure out what was wrong with a phone number. Instead of getting a supervisor to give them a hand they actually laughed at us and motioned "too bad". They made no efforts at all to fix the issue, for example; allowing everyone to come in and fix the phone number issue for the 1 family member while allowing us to provide them business. Hey owner, that's money out of your pocket because the people hired can't do what they are suppose to do or come up with reasonable solutions to a problem henceforth giving your business (you probably worked hard for) a bad rep. They claimed liability for the kids...no no no the liability only exempts "them" from any of the kids getting hurt to CYA. It's not like the adults are going to hurt them. They are there to celebrate and supervise. Complete and utter disappointment. We instead went to the rec room and they gave my daughter free access to the VR for her birthday and they had a blast. Bad form guys, do better. Word spreads quick.

The staff here seem like they are in some sort of work release program. All of them were slow none of them polite and most seemed to be hating life. I was in on a Saturday afternoon and lost areas that need "operators" were closed although there seemed to be plenty of staff hanging out looking at their phones. The Tots area is completely unsupervised and not controlled so full of larger children defeating the entire purpose of having such an area. If you have a tween/teen that you could dump out this may be OK but I would recommend saving the drive in favour of any of the ones in town.

Terrible experience with this company…read more We thought we'd try out their summer day camp program and deeply regret it. We are so relieved they didn't have enough registrants that they had to cancel the fourth day of camp we originally had our child registered for! Staff told me that lunch was included for day camp, it wasn't - I don't mind - I actually thought it was obscure they would tell me this. Coaches are poorly trained in general - very unsafe with the kids- they don't notice when kids push or trample on others in competitive games and as a result - children are injured, my child had to notify the coach she was hurt - and no phone call to parents to inform them of said injuries! The coaches are also unwilling to help children who don't have any gymnastics experience, telling children to "figure it out for themselves" Clearly the employees are miserable at their job just based on their grumpy facial expressions, no smiles upon arrival during check in, the responses they give children and their lack of regard overall The owner and staff accused my child of lying about their experiences at the camp It's pretty obvious the owner has received negative feedback on her establishment previously because she relies heavily on "footage from her security camera" to back her story up and prefers to blame the children and call them liars as opposed to just supporting children, accepting honest feedback and resolving the problem. Why would and how could a child make up these stories of how they were treated or injured themselves? Why would she deliberately hurt herself? Additionally- no air conditioning- so the children are doing physical activity all day indoors during an August heatwave. Equipment needs upgrading, facility is dilapidated and outdated, it's a garage with mats, cluttered and disorganized, looks unprofessional No signage whatsoever, so we couldn't find the entrance to the building because they had their front door propped open (which is the only place they have a small sign lol) I don't recommend this place to anyone, in fact I strongly recommend avoiding it! Please don't waste your money - and save yourself the headache so that you don't have to deal with the owner or staff- it was absolutely mind numbing - several minutes of my life I'll never get back but most importantly my child got injured and didn't have a good time
