I will first say I love bringing my kids here. But this experience has been horrible. My 6yr old has been trampled, stepped on and really hurt by older kids. And when it was brought to the attention of the employees they just brushed it off going I'll talk to them. 1st incident 2 girls much older then my daughter were picking on her then purposely stepped on her head several times. And when it was brought to the attention they just shrugged and walked away. Then going through the obstacle course another bigger kid barrled over her without a second though. Running full tilt... I under accidents happen in a busy area but if there is bullying and kids being mean they should be held accountable. I'm very very disappointed read more

My kids love to come here! However we ordered tickets online but still had to wait 20 minutes in line with on cashier working. Once we got in I waited at the snack counter for over 20 minutes for someone to come help me, I even went back to the front desk and nobody was there. I'm still sitting here waiting to get drinks and snacks. I'm not impressed at all. I'm here for the Neon lights Friday night jump from 9-12am. After my previous experience at extreme air park I am overly impressed by flying squirrel. The staff is friendly the facility is clean ( doesn't smell like cheese feet) and is maintained. There is a cute little cafe with all sorts of snacks for the kids and they aren't ridiculously priced. This place is Huge and lots of fun for all. It's nice, clean, and tires out the little ones. You will thank yourself later when they go to bed that night - exusted. We have been once to check it out. Its $20 an hour per person but that hour can be plenty for a first time patron. My child loved it so much he begged to have his birthday party there. Booking the party was a breeze. Packages to pick from and dates and times that were available. They even called 2 days before the event to confirm times, amount of kids and all the food we ordered. Which was great. We chose a Saturday afternoon and this place was very busy. The great thing about this place is you can fill out the waiver and set-up an account online before arriving. So you're not standing in line trying to do this. A real breeze and time saver. You can also do this if you're just going in, not just for a birthday party. The kids had a blast. They had an hour to go ahead and jump around, 30 minutes to come back to our table and have food and cake, than another hour to jump and play. A party is 2.5 hours and that was more than plenty. The kids were pooped, sweaty and had so much fun. The great thing is, we also had a host who took care of everything (timing things, when the food was ready, keeping the kids on track, decorations, plates etc). The only thing we needed to take care of was bringing a birthday cake and goodie bags for the kids. They took care of everything else and was a stress-free birthday party. Which doesn't happen too often. I think all parents should take their kids here at least once. Plenty to do for all ages and what's not to love about a trampoline park? Highly recommended. read more

Attended to watch two 5 year and two 3 year olds, with two adults to oversee. One adult paid $20.00 admission and $3.00 for the socks, to bounce with the kids. One employee (man in early twenties) was very unfriendly, with delusion of grandeur. The one adult was admonished for bouncing to hard! Rather gloomy atmosphere and not practical clean environment. This is a super fun place to take your kids and get some child-like enjoyment for yourself. The only negative here for me was the check-in process. It was a little confusing despite the large signs they have up in the entry and the staff were a little less than helpful. Once we were in though my wife and I had a blast with our nice and nephew. We also realized very quickly just how out of shape we were. The place is laid out in various sections. In one corner is an area for the really little ones where they can jump around while being heavily supervised. Behind that is a couple of dodge-ball courts where they have trampolines at an angle along the back to give you some extra power for an attack or easy escape. In the central area there's various trampolines just for general bouncing enjoyment. In a caged off area to the side is an obstacle course. This is where you really figure out that you're a flabby sack of potatoes. There's an area that's sectioned off for private parties, so if your office is looking for something to do or your kid is having a birthday you can reserve this space. Beside that is a couple of tightropes with foam pits underneath and beside that are similar pits with rope swings. At the far end are a couple of basketball hoops you you can give the awesome dunking skills of your dreams a try (see: flabby sack of potatoes, above). In addition to the play area they also have a small arcade and a concession. There's lockers near the front to lock up your shoes and other belongings and if you don't have a pair already, you have to buy their special socks. They're normal socks with rubber grip on the bottom. Also to set your mind at ease, there's staff everywhere to make sure all the kids are following the rules and being safe. read more

My son worked really hard achieving goals at school and earned a virtual reality session as his reward. On April 19, we went to Flying Squirrel's website and purchased PlayVR Virtual Reality Tickets. Our family couldn't go that night so we decided to use the tickets a few days later. When my husband and very excited child showed up to the Calgary North center, they were informed that the VR was broken and not available for him to use. In fact, it had been broken for quite some time. The experiences from that moment until my disappointed son left the building was underwhelming and the staff was barely apologetic. The solution, a cash refund..... Feedback, knowing the VR system has been down for weeks... why isn't the website updated? why after we purchased VR tickets (from their direct website) did someone not reach out to advise? When they saw how sad our son was, why didn't they offer to make it right with free jumping? Super disappointed with this experience and I hope this review helps another family BEFORE they get their hopes up that the VR is available to them! At minimum, call ahead to confirm. read more

* My students wrote this together. I have yet to go, but I'm excited to now. We are a group of students aged 9,10, & 11. Collectively, we have been to Flying Squirrel over a dozen times. The first area we'll review is the foam pit and all of its features, which are the slack line, ladder challenge, and the rope swing. Imagine climbing up the block, grabbing the rope, steadying your nerves, swinging out, and flying through the air, then landing safely in the pit. It is an exhilarating experience. The slack line and ladder challenge have similar benefits. Even though the foam smells like sweaty gym clothes and dust attacks your eyes, it is definitely still worth it. Our second favourite area is the dodgeball courts. It is fun to throw and dodge while jumping and posing. The angled trampoline walls are particularly cool. Watch out for adults as they throw hard and sometimes use bad language. Overall, the good points out weigh the bad points and you should see it for yourself. Last but not least, we will turn our attention to the food court. The have the usual stuff that kids like, pizza, hotdogs, cookies, soda, and Gatorade. Your kids will like it, but it's pretty sugary. We suggest that you hit the food court last because jumping on a full stomach isn't great. In conclusion, despite the few negatives we mentioned, we still highly recommend going. read more

Toddler time is $10 for select hours and week days. Must purchase tramp socks at your first visit but they are reusable for future days. My children love it here. The foam pit is a fave! Basketball and freestyle court are my teens first choice! 17 yr old son loves to challenge himself on the obstacle course. They offer food and drinks. Popular place to have a birthday party. Lots of friendly staff keep this crazy exciting place feeling safe. read more

Water fountain to keep you hydrated, clean toilets, the only thing would be that you have to pay for socks, and considering they're a MUST as normal socks are far too slippery and dangerous, I would think they'd be included in the price. Had a really great time here last Thursday when we checked it out for the first time. First thought when I walked in was how clean it smelt (like a Vegas hotel...perfumey). The girl who helped us was friendly and because it was my birthday, my admission was comped. I quite enjoyed jumping around for an hour and a half and I appreciate that you have to wear special socks...makes for a more hygienic environment. The only draw back is the price, $20 for 1 hour is a bit steep and I could see this being a bit much for a family to enjoy on a more regular basis. However I do like that it's an active option, especially those with kids who want something where they can just let the kids go...especially during our longer winters. read more

I won't be back. From the very outset, you have to line up to "register" and create an account just to sign a waiver. It took us about an hour because of the size of our group (10), the amount of info requested (which is excessive and unnecessary), and the fact that the computer you have to use isn't very responsive and kicks you out of the system every few minutes. This place is nice, clean, and full of fun, I took my kids and their friends. And it was a blast, when we first went in, we had to register on a computer to the side of the counter. That was a bit of a headache as the touch screen was not cooperating but that was it, the rest of the time was a blast. Fun for everyone, and we went on a Sunday evening and it was not that busy so kids had even more space, and 2 hours is what we paid for, and that was just right! 1 hour goes fast, but 2 is great. Overall it's an impressive facility and lots of fun, but the initial entry experience made me almost leave - in hindsight I actually wish I had. The registration and waver process specifically. I was honestly fuming over the huge amount of very personal information was required to purchase access to the facility. I was dropping my 5 year old off for a birthday party but had to provide my name, full address as well as my email address phone number and birthday for both my child and myself. There was no disclosure there about how the information would be stored or used, and frankly I am terrified that a company I know nothing about now has ample information about me that could be misused or fall into the hands of someone looking to commit identity theft. The process took forever to complete in addition to that, but honestly I just felt trapped by all of the mandatory fields and the young girl working at the front desk told me there was no option to sign a simple form for access and I had to complete the full process or leave. I wouldn't recommend this business due to this requirement to divulge such huge amounts of personal information. read more

We came to this place on a Friday night at about 9:00 PM. The time we had jumping was awesome. I will absolutely return here. From the time we arrived though, about five to nine, it took us about 45 minutes in line. Make sure to sign the waiver form prior to arriving so you will not have to wait in two lines. Another thing is if this is your first time at the trampoline park, you will have to purchase trampoline socks for $3. Also, if you want a locker to keep your stuff, it costs $2. Every time you access the locker you need to pay again. For example, if I got a locker and had to access it two times, I would have to pay a total $6. The staff was extremely friendly, and during our time there, the staff did not micromanage us. read more

Admission is a little pricey at $10/toddler and I think around $20 if you also want to jump too, plus you have to purchase "special socks" at around $3/pair. Disappointing for Canada's largest trampoline park. Might be largest floor space but definitely not biggest for public use. Only 1 dodgeball court was open and the same kids, very poor mannered stayed in it the entire hour we were there. When we tried to play the kids made a point of aiming for the head, not following rules, etc. Very disappointing for $120.00. Like Other trampoline parks this one needs more supervision. Clean facility, did not have to wait in line and got a good deal for $25 for three hours on Friday night. I was dissatisfied with this facility because of the customer service when someone is injured. I understand signing a waiver means we can't necessarily blame the facility if something were to happen, but that does not mean employees should turn their heads and ignore you if you are hurt. Take caution when going there, and be wary of the lack of care just because you "signed a waiver" doesn't mean no first aid should be performed. read more
