Never use this company or they will damage and wreck your home and never get back to you!…read more Unprofessional!! One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. We needed repairs on our HVAC, and went ahead and called them (at friend's recommendation). They kept giving changes in estimates as well as times and appointments but at least they got the work done. Every time they would change it, the price kept going up and up, not worth the value in the long run. When they left, we discovered they had left a mess all over our house from the vents. They never mentioned this instead they just took off after the job was done. On top of that they damaged our wall, and never said a word. After numerous phone calls to get someone to help explain and fix this issue, they continued to promise calls back which they never did; and did not take my ask for help seriously. All they did was lie non stop! Their quality manager even said, "what do you want me to do?". Finally they sent someone out after even more calling to take pictures, only for them to state they already had a wall repair scheduled. So they knew about the damage ahead of time, knew they did it, and never said anything. Avoid this place or else who knows what else damage they will do to your house and never tell you!

Cheyne came out to take a look the next day. Younger guy who was super nice and surprisingly knowledgeable. After talking to him for a bit it sounds like he's been working on complex industrial plumbing builds for a number of years and just recently struck off on his own to start his own plumbing company. He was friendly, quoted me a fair price up front and was licensed and insured so I gave him a shot. I'm glad I did as he did a great job and I ended up using him for more plumbing items than originally planned. With the first job, there was a small complication with my main water supply shutoff from the city street not fully turning the water off that complicated his ability to complete a portion of the job. Cheyne said he had a workaround that would probably do the trick if needed, but it would still be a good idea to call Mesa Water to come out and replace their valve at the curb. He gave me a few tips about what to say which must have been all the right things as Mesa Water jumped right on it and I had a new main valve installed by early afternoon the same day at no charge (I guess I pay them plenty already for my water service and it probably helped that it was a weekday, but I was impressed nonetheless). Once everything was good from the city water connection, Cheyne quickly knocked out moving and replacing my hose bib, installing a brass backflow for my sprinkler connection and suggested I add an in-line valve for my sprinklers to the backyard. It was a great idea and he didn't even upcharge me for it since it was just a little add on. Solid customer service. Since he was already there, I figured I would have him take a look at my water heater which I suspected was on its last legs. I had already been considering replacing it since I knew there was a big rebate being offered by the gas company for switching to tankless. After looking up which models got the best rebate he was able to confirm which would work for my plumbing configuration and hot water needs and found a supplier that had it in stock. I gave him the green light and we scheduled to have it installed later that week. He came back and knocked it out at the day/time he said he would. works great and we now have unlimited hot water. A couple weeks later, I noticed water dripping out from under our kitchen sink. After investigating I found the previous homeowner had a jenky plumbing set up where multiple different kinds of pipes that were loosely sitting inside each other and not even able to be properly tightened down. Called Sheldon Plumbing and Cheyne came out and helped me out again. I think I've found my go-to plumber.

I recently used Airtime to inspect the malfunctioning furnace for a rental condo I was selling, and…read morethe technician arrived promptly on a Monday morning and discovered the heat exchanger was cracked, so the furnace had to be replaced. The buyer had scheduled their property inspection for Wednesday morning, so I was pleased when the technician provided with a very competitive bid on the spot, and got the new furnace installed that afternoon. Fast forward to a couple weeks later when I ran into the same issue two days before another unit was scheduled to have its annual Section 8 inspection completed. Once again I got a same-day replacement at the same great price. Since then I had Airtime replace the furnaces in two more units (four total), and just had them change out a broken garbage disposal and water heater that was on its last legs--suffice to say their plumbing division was just as efficient and professional as their HVAC techs, and the pricing for those was extremely competitive as well. In short, I highly recommend you contact Airtime for any HVAC or plumbing needs you have. You won't be disappointed.

I had the option of repair or a whole house Repipe. I went with the Repipe as I never wanted to deal with this damage again. I searched yelp and the internet and received 3 estimates. I decided on Ameri-Cal for their comprehensive quote involving; cost, time frame, materials used, warranty and repair of the drywall and exterior stucco after Repiping. I cannot praise their whole team enough, sales, office staff and workers. Alfonzo and his Repipe team were the best, they were professional experienced workers who were respectful of my home and property. They were extremely efficient arriving at my home at 8:20 a.m. and completely finishing the Repipe portion by 1:20 p.m. that same day. The next morning the City inspector came and approved their work. The following day the drywall team came and patched, retextured and painted the openings that the Repipe team had created. The interior paint matched my off white walls so well that I have taken my time to paint the top coat. I cannot praise them enough, they are simply the best. It has been one month since they completed the job and everything works perfectly. Price wise they were the least expensive bid.
