Awesome Floors saved the day for us! We had another floor company that bailed on our flooring install at the last minute, so we walked in to Awesome Floors to see if they could start the next day. Amazingly they could! Max came out that same day, measured and quoted us for the floors. They were able to get a rush on the wood flooring and were ready to go the next day. I was super impressed with their service, responsiveness and follow through. We had tile removed in the main walkways and kitchen and carpet installed in other areas. Their team kept the mess to a minimum (and you know tile removal is a dust nightmare!) and they were tidy and respectful of our property. If they messed up on something, they fixed it. Without a doubt, I would recommend them if you are looking for a fair price and great floor experience! Their team works hard and Max delivers on what he says. My only negative is that the financing they offer right now is not competitive with what other flooring companies offer, so I would be recommend having an alternative payment option. We hired Awesome Floors to install carpet in our home after a thorough review of many carpet installers. We ultimately decided with Awesome Floors due to price, product, and personable nature. During the initial consult, we really felt like more than a customer, more than a dollar. The particular carpet we desired was out of stock at most locations but Awesome Floors was the one place that had our desired product in stock, saving days to weeks in ordering and delivering time. Max Ventura owes us money - reimbursement for work not completed and for damages. Max Ventura was engaged to install a tub and tile for a master bathroom and tile a guest bathroom tub. The shower pan was built unlevel. It is 1/2 inch off from the farthest left and right sides. Understandably it should have a slight elevation to the drain. However it should be level around the perimeter. It feels very off and unlevel when standing on it. When this was brought to Max's attention he only argued, defended his poor workmanship. This now must be demoed out and rebuilt. We had an appointment, set by Max personally, to install the master bathtub. I arrived over 45 mins early, waiting another 30 mins - after nobody showed up I text Max asking if he was on route. He replied, they were working another job. He never contacted me to reschedule or advise of the change of plans. The shear disrespect for my schedule and lack of professionalism is appalling. I told him he should have communicated with me, as I arranged my schedule to meet with him. He got angry, then proceeded to tell me to get someone else to do the work. So far he has caused damages over $6,000. He apparently sub contracts tile installation out, rather than do it himself - I have come to learn. They damaged and made wrong tile cuts on very expensive imported tile. Additionally, the property will not be ready for tenants as originally planned due to his walking off the job. He threatened me with a slander lawsuit if I posted this review. I am not afraid, as these are the facts and I have texts, voice recordings, paid receipt, email and photos to prove it. No need to look anywhere else in my opinion. I did before I found Awesome Floors. Max and his crew worked hard with me in a tough family health situation. They worked around painters patiently, made sure one part of the project was completed before my family member came home. The floors just look wonderful. I could not be happier. We had wood flooring installed throughout our entire home, including kitchen, bathrooms, closets. The only areas we did not include are the entryway and laundry room. Awesome Floors is family owned and operated and they live up to their name. We were sold on this company from our first meeting with the owners Windy and Max. It helped that the price was competitive. The installation team was professional yet fast and friendly. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they covered the clothes with plastic in every closet except the master closet, which, of course, is where all of the clothes we wear are kept. We are still having to shake the dust off of clothes as we wear them. This is our first experience with getting wood floors and we had no idea how much dust would be created. Now we know. read more

Definitely recommend Awesome Floors, Murphy!! We have used them twice now. Last year for wood floor installation and recently for carpet. They are fast, efficient and priced fairly! All of the staff are knowledgeable, kind and willing to work with you and make recommendations to get you exactly what you want. The installation crew was always on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Max is amazing and does accurate estimates and checks on the work during and after to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. Max and his team have done our floors twice in the last 3 years. Our first home we purchased and just recently when we moved. They are extremely professional, did a great job, and were in and out of our house before we knew it. We also remodeled our kitchen and had our house painted and I wish they could have done that as well. Max Ventura at Awesome floors, lives up to their name. They are AWESOME! This is my first review for Max Ventura but not my first time to work with him. I have hired him over the last 20 yrs. and he has done carpeting and hardwoods on 4 occasions in my home. I have referred him to others and never had one complaint. What I like about Max and Awesome floors is he always shows up on the day he promised (he has never missed a date), he personally checks every job, his men are polite and respectful, they do NOT damage other items in the home, they do not scar or mess up the walls or baseboards (no need for touch up paint) and I have Never had any theft issues with his workers. The seams are perfect, located in low traffic areas, and you can't tell where the carpet joins together. The icing on the cake is they vacuum the carpet and it is "move in" ready. Over the years the carpet does NOT "creep or wrinkle". His flooring recommendations have been excellent, and in many cases, he saved me money. He is a true professional and has never disappointed me. read more
