From beginning to end, it was an excellent experience. A friend told us about 1st Choice Floors. We met with the owners of the business and from the start it was a very good experience. After we decided that we wanted a carpet for upstairs and a hard wood for downstairs, we placed the order and within a few days they send the crew to install the carpet. They came early and stayed late till they finished, and the installers were great. They vacuumed after they removed the old carpet and after they installed the new one. The carpet looked beautiful. The next day they send the installers for the hard wood and they also did an outstanding job. Once we narrowed it down to several selections they brought the samples to our house to see how they would look under the house lighting. Once the final selection was made we set up an installation time that was convenient for us. Omar and Eyhab were able to get us the flooring we wanted installed quickly, without breaking our budget. We had previously looked at a big box home improvement store, however they were out of stock of, but 1st Choice Floors brought over full sized samples for us to compare when measuring the space, and we also found they they were able to undercut the big box store so we were able to extend the flooring to include a larger area than we were expecting. Our floors needed to be replaced after a water leak accident. From start to finish these guys were a pleasure to work with. Eyhab even dropped by the house when the insurance adjuster came to help make sure the damage estimate was accurate and adequately covered all that needed repairs.
