I feel that they are making this so difficult so they can get a another monthly payment. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, hung up on because I'm asking for the correct pick up time after being told 2 different times, no manager will come to the phone, and the customer service it no help and shows no empathy. I will call the police to file a report and have them to work with the leasing office at my leasing office to get the appliance back. The only thing I can do is contact the police to inform them of this matter so there will be no theft charge being filed because it seems that this is something this company will do. Although; I have been trying to get this pick up scheduled for over a week now.

Now, companies like Stanley Steemer usually would charge over $200 for this type of service, which is what they quoted me. When I saw the advertisement on craigslist for this company, I thought it was too good to be true since the price was so little, only $5 for regular vents and for a bigger vents only $10. I had a total of six vents cleaned out, and he even threw in for me my dryer vent to be cleaned for only $20 when that would cost usually $60. My total bill was less than $70. He came the same day I called for service, which is unheard of an amazing. The owner was very kind of professional over the phone when I first requested service. Because they did such a good job with this, and there's no more odor, and I've not had any more problem since that point, I'm gonna inquire about other services they do! Bought a refrigerator online. Set up delivery for Sunday. No one ever called to set up a time so I…read morewaited all day. At 4:45 the delivery guy shows up. They delivered it in a small pick up truck with just one person and a folding dolly. It's a 250lbs refrigerator. It was supposed to be hooked up and haul the old one away. The delivery guy had no helper and dropped the fridge off the back of his truck. After an hour on the phone with the store and the delivery dispatch, it was decided he would return the damaged fridge to the store. I would pick out another and they would deliver it. Hook up and haul away. Second delivery was supposed to be after 3:30. I received a text that my delivery was on the way at 11:30am. I called the store I called dispatch, I was told I had to be at the house to received it or be charged again and my fridge would be returned. I took off work 4 hours early. The delivery guy showed up at 4:50 promptly got into a fist fight with his helper. The helper took off walking and the delivery driver said he had to go find help and would return. Two hours later he returns. He tried to park his truck for 30 minutes. Complains about the lack of parking on a public residential street, then told me he would have to return because he'd been there too long. He didn't even bother trying to deliver my fridge. He just said dispatch said he was there long enough. American freight says they don't know what to do, and that I can't get a refund until Charles Hickman their district manager approves it. He won't return my calls or texts. I have videos of everything. I will never purchase from them again.
