Nicole definitely knew what she was doing! I did the 60 min deep tissue. She was very strong and attentive. She immediately found all my knots and some tight spots I didn't even know about. She recommended next time to do 90min and that I would see the best therapeutic results with a massage every 2 weeks. I would come back again and see Nicole! I do wish there was less sound bleeding and maybe the ability to turn the lights down lower/music up a little, but otherwise I had a great experience.

Since my massage was decent, we decided to only tip for my therapist. When the matron looked at the screen with the single tip, she made a remark to her colleague in a different language and then converted back to English (she had been speaking English the entire time). Since I don't know what she said, I can't confirm whether she was making a snarky remark or not, but it gave off that vibe and honestly, that was very unprofessional to do. Very disappointing experience. I am unable to recommend this business.

I've gotten many massages before, and I knew this wasn't a fancy place, but never in my life have I…read morebeen straddled without my consent to receive a lower back massage. My masseuse also spent an uncomfortable amount of time on my glutes, basically manhandling it which felt more like an ass grab than a muscle massage. To make it worse, she lifted the sheet for my leg massage while she was still straddling me, and thrusted against my butt and held it there for a moment before getting of the bed to begin the leg massage. She used a heavy amount of massage oil, I was practically dripping, and due to the length of the butt massages, I had about 5 minutes of the final part of the massage when you flip over onto your back. Have you guys ever heard of someone rubbing on your pelvis during a massage? Because I've never had that happen it me. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt fetishized. I tried to look into it she even had a massage license and couldn't find her name. I believe her name was Jie Dong. So yeah, please do your research before going in here. I felt extremely vulnerable and didn't know how to take control of the situation. I wish I said something in the moment, but I don't think anything excuses that behavior.

I needed a good deep tissue massage. Lady met with a smile. Told her about my needs. She said 10 dollars more for a deep tissue massage. I agreed. It would take her at least good 5-10 minutes to get her hot stone and towels. She saturated my skin with oil. It was not a well pointed massage. She did glided her elbow towards my bony parts... which of course hurts. My muscles are still stiff. Neck can't still turn fully. I wish I had driven further to my usual place. She expected a tip towards the end. Different expectations I guess. I gave her what I thought the service deserved which would be close to nothing. Sorry.

First off... I feel so torn writing this review... because Amber is absolutely the BEST and I want…read moreto keep that a secret but she deserves it -- Amber is our absolute FAV massage therapist because she's holistic, incredibly intuitive, and just an all around incredible human being. We chose her initially for my wife's pregnancy to entrust someone to give her prenatal massage and Amber was the absolute best. You really want someone who knows what they're doing because of how sensitive the body is and Amber is a mom herself and knows how it feels. For me, I like deep tissue and Amber is SO GOOD at it and doesn't hurt the muscles, some deep tissue is totally off base and they go into areas and damage more than they help but Amber is right on the money. She's a healer, an extraordinary person, and we're SO excited for her new spot, we used to have her come by all the time when she had a mobile setup but now looking forward to going into her new sanctuary!!

I like how she knows a variety of techniques as well as energy work. Not many people around do cranial sacral balancing. Her touch is gentle yet profound at the same time. I feel like every time I'm getting a session. It feels like a warm hug from my best friend. I have been seeing her for a few years now and was pleasantly surprised this last week when I stepped into her New Spa oasis in downtown Walnut Creek. I always joke with her that she can be an interior designer. Because everything is top-notch. Don't think just because she does Swedish and lymphatic drainage that her deep tissue is weak. Her deep tissue knocks my knots right out. If you're looking for a high-quality Massage, this is the place you need to book. One of the best parts about her new location is that it includes free parking.

Upon checking in, the staff welcomes you with a questionnaire and a foot bath (?!). The facilities are clean and tidy. After a 5-min soak, you're provided slippers and escorted to the treatment room. I've had the Signature massages here before-- the best. It feels like a combination of Swedish, Thai, back walking, acupressure, and hot stone. Everything you could want. Their oils are delicately scented and leave my skin super soft. And they focus heavily on your preferred areas, while still leaving enough time to massage the rest of your body. I've run into places that either disregard your questionnaire entirely or focus solely on your preferrred areas; Hattha didn't have this issue. They seem to strike the perfect balance. The massage therapists are courteous and professional. And STRONG...! They don't shy away from applying pressure or working out difficult knots. I always return home so relaxed afterwards. I need to take my bf here next time...!

They have a separate open room with about 6 chairs in it, lights are very dim and the room is quiet. I did the 60 min foot reflexology and it was amazing. They start with massaging your head, shoulders and upper body while your feet soak in water. After about 15 mins they get to your feet. If you are active like me and have sore feet this is a must try. For the last 15 minutes they flip you over and massage your whole body. I always seem to pass out. Next I have to leave a review on the scalp treatment they now provide. I have seen this all over the internet and have been wanting to try it. This location is the only place I know of that has it in or near Concord. The price is very affordable and you can add on a foot massage. Well I booked an appointment and let me tell you, I have never walked out of a massage place smiling and feeling so refreshed. I highly recommend the scalp treatment, we don't realize how much stress we carry in our head and for someone who uses their brain a lot for work lol this just released all stress and tension I had.
